Kısaca
Matchly hiçbir yasa dışı bahis faaliyetine yardımcı olmaz, aracılık etmez ve teşvik etmez; yalnızca kullanıcıların kendi yaptıkları kuponları tek bir yerde takip etmelerini sağlayan bir takip aracıdır. Bahis oynatmaz, para yatırma veya çekme yoktur, hiçbir bahis sitesiyle bağlantısı yoktur (Madde 2.2).
Yüzdeler, oranlar, analizler ve otomatik okumalar tahmindir. Garanti değildir, tavsiye değildir; skor ve sonuçlar gecikebilir veya hatalı olabilir. Kararların ve kayıpların sana aittir.
18 yaşından küçüksen kullanamazsın. Bulunduğun yerin bahis mevzuatına uymak senin sorumluluğundur. Yasa dışı bahsi desteklemiyoruz.
Abonelikler App Store / Google Play üzerinden alınır ve oradan iptal edilir. Uygulamayı ya da hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; iade talepleri mağazaya yapılır.
Kurallara uymayan içeriği kaldırabilir, hesabı uyarısız susturabilir, askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatabiliriz (ban). İhlal nedeniyle kapatılan hesaplara, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, ücret iadesi yapılmaz.
Hesabını istediğin an silebilirsin: Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil.

1. Taraflar, Tanımlar ve Kabul
1.1Taraflar. Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Matchly mobil uygulamasını ve bağlı hizmetleri sunan Matchly (bundan sonra "Matchly", "İşletme" veya "biz") ile Hizmet'i herhangi bir şekilde kullanan kişi ("Kullanıcı", "sen") arasında yapılan bir sözleşmedir. İletişim bilgilerimiz Madde 15'te yer alır.
1.2Tanımlar. Bu Şartlar'da:
Uygulama: iOS, iPadOS, watchOS (Apple Watch) ve Android için yayımlanan "Matchly" uygulaması ile bunun widget, kilit ekranı / Canlı Etkinlik (Live Activity) ve bildirim bileşenlerini;
Web Sitesi: matchlyapp.com alan adı ve alt sayfalarını;
Hizmet: Uygulama, Web Sitesi, Telegram Botu, sunucu tarafı servisler, arayüzler (API), bildirimler ve bunlar aracılığıyla sunulan tüm özellik ve içerikleri;
Kullanıcı / sen: hesap açmış olsun ya da olmasın, Hizmet'e erişen veya onu kullanan her gerçek kişiyi;
Hesap: e-posta ve şifre, Apple ile Giriş veya Google ile Giriş yöntemlerinden biriyle oluşturulan kullanıcı hesabını;
Kupon: Kullanıcı'nın Hizmet'e kaydettiği; maç seçimleri, bahis türleri, oranlar, tutarlar, site adı ve benzeri bilgilerden oluşan, Kullanıcı'nın bir üçüncü taraf hizmette oynadığını beyan ettiği veya yalnızca takip etmek istediği kaydı;
İçerik / Kullanıcı İçeriği: Kullanıcı'nın Hizmet'e girdiği, yüklediği, paylaştığı veya gönderdiği her türlü veriyi: kuponlar, kupon görselleri ve ekran görüntüleri, yorumlar, beğeni ve tepkiler, Sohbet ve destek mesajları, kullanıcı adı ve profil bilgileri, düello davetleri, şikâyet ve hata bildirimleri ile geri bildirimler;
Sosyal Özellikler: Keşfet / akış, profil, takip, yorum, beğeni / tepki, kupon paylaşımı, Sohbet (herkese açık sohbet odası), Düello, Günün Kazananı ve kullanıcıların birbirleriyle etkileştiği diğer özellikleri;
Abonelik / VIP: Hizmet'in ücretli özelliklerine belirli bir süre erişim sağlayan, Mağaza üzerinden satın alınan ya da Yönetici tarafından tanımlanan aylık, yıllık veya başka süreli erişim hakkını;
Mağaza: Apple App Store ve Google Play ile bunların ödeme ve abonelik altyapılarını;
Yönetici / Admin: İşletme'yi ve İşletme'nin Hizmet'i yönetmek, denetlemek ve içerik moderasyonu yapmak üzere yetkilendirdiği kişileri ve bu amaçla kullanılan otomatik sistemleri;
Telegram Botu: Telegram'da @MatchlyAppBot adıyla çalışan; Kullanıcı'nın Telegram hesabını Matchly Hesabı'na bağlamasını ve kupon görsellerini Telegram üzerinden Hesabı'na eklemesini sağlayan botu;
Bağlı Bot: Kullanıcı'nın Uygulama'daki "Botu Bağla" özelliğiyle aldığı bağlantı koduyla yetkilendirdiği ve Kullanıcı adına Hesabı'na otomatik olarak kupon kaydeden üçüncü taraf yazılımı;
Otomatik Okuma: kupon görsellerindeki metnin cihaz üzerinde veya sunucuda çalışan optik karakter tanıma (OCR), kurala dayalı ayrıştırma ve/veya yapay zekâ (YZ) modelleriyle okunarak kupona dönüştürülmesini;
Tahmini Veriler: Hizmet'te gösterilen tutma yüzdeleri ve ihtimaller, canlı ihtimal, maç öncesi oranlar, maç analizleri, Kupon DNA ve benzeri istatistiksel, kurala dayalı veya model tabanlı tüm çıktıları;
Mevzuat: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde yürürlükte olan kanun, yönetmelik ve diğer düzenlemeleri ifade eder.
1.3Kabul. Uygulama'yı indirmen, Hesap oluşturman, giriş yapman, kayıt veya giriş ekranındaki onay adımını tamamlaman ya da Hizmet'i herhangi bir şekilde kullanman, bu Şartlar'ı okuduğun, anladığın ve kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsan Hizmet'i kullanma ve varsa Hesabını sil.
1.4Ayrılmaz parçalar.Gizlilik Politikası, Hesap Silme sayfası, Uygulama'da gösterilen özelliğe özgü kurallar (ör. Sohbet kuralları, Düello açıklaması, kampanya ve teklif koşulları, Telegram ve bot bağlama ekranları) ve Mağaza satın alma ekranlarındaki bilgiler bu Şartlar'ın ayrılmaz parçasıdır. Özelliğe özgü bir kural bu Şartlar'la çelişirse o özellik bakımından özel kural uygulanır; ancak özel kurallar Madde 7'deki Yönetici yetkilerini daraltmaz.
1.5Ehliyet. Bu Şartlar'ı kabul ederek 18 yaşını doldurduğunu ve sözleşme yapma ehliyetine sahip olduğunu beyan edersin.
1.6Tüketici hakları. Hizmet'i ticari veya mesleki olmayan amaçlarla kullanan Kullanıcı'nın 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili mevzuattan doğan emredici hakları saklıdır. Bu Şartlar'daki hiçbir hüküm bu hakları ortadan kaldıracak şekilde yorumlanamaz; bir hüküm emredici mevzuata aykırı düşerse, mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde uygulanır.
2.1Kupon takip aracı. Matchly; kullanıcıların kendi bahis kuponlarını kaydetmesini, maçları canlı takip etmesini, sonuç ve bildirim almasını, kasa ve istatistiklerini görmesini ve isterse kuponlarını diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşmasını sağlayan bir kupon takip ve istatistik aracıdır.
2.2Yasa dışı bahis faaliyetine ilişkin beyan.
Matchly hiçbir yasa dışı bahis faaliyetine yardımcı olmaz, aracılık etmez ve teşvik etmez; yalnızca kullanıcıların kendi yaptıkları kuponları tek bir yerde takip etmelerini sağlayan bir takip aracıdır.
Bu kapsamda:
Bahis oynatmaz: Matchly bahis veya şans oyunu düzenlemez, bahis kabul etmez, kullanıcı adına kupon yatırmaz, kendi adına oran belirlemez veya satmaz.
Para işlemi yoktur: Matchly'de para yatırma, para çekme, bakiye, cüzdan, ödül veya ikramiye bulunmaz. Uygulama içindeki tek ödeme, Mağaza üzerinden satın alınan Matchly Aboneliğidir (Madde 5).
Hiçbir bahis sitesiyle bağlantı yoktur: Matchly'nin hiçbir bahis şirketi, bahis sitesi, bayi veya şans oyunu operatörüyle ortaklık, sponsorluk, bayilik, gelir paylaşımı (affiliate), reklam, yönlendirme veya teknik bağlantı ilişkisi yoktur. Matchly kullanıcıyı herhangi bir bahis sitesine yönlendirmez, bağlantı vermez ve kullanıcı ile bahis hizmetleri arasında aracılık, komisyonculuk veya temsil yapmaz.
Site adları kullanıcının verisidir: Uygulama'da bir bahis sitesinin adının veya logosunun görünmesi, yalnızca kullanıcının kendi girdiği veya fotoğrafladığı kupon verisinin bir parçasıdır. Bu gösterim o sitenin onaylandığı, tanıtıldığı veya tavsiye edildiği anlamına gelmez.
Reklam ve yönlendirme kesinlikle yasaktır: Hizmet'in herhangi bir yerinde yasa dışı bahis sitelerinin, bunların bonus ve kodlarının, giriş adreslerinin veya iletişim kanallarının reklamını yapmak, bunlara bağlantı vermek veya kullanıcı yönlendirmek kesinlikle yasaktır (bkz. Madde 3.3 ve 6.4). Tespit edildiğinde ilgili içerik kaldırılır ve hesap Madde 7 uyarınca kapatılır.
Sorumluluk kullanıcıdadır: Kuponların hangi hizmette ve hangi koşullarda oynandığı ile bunun hukuka uygunluğu kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır (Madde 3.4).
2.3Kupon verisinin kaynağı. Kuponlar Kullanıcı tarafından elle, fotoğraf veya ekran görüntüsünden Otomatik Okuma ile, toplu fotoğraf yüklemesiyle, Telegram Botu üzerinden veya Bağlı Bot aracılığıyla eklenir. Matchly hiçbir bahis hesabına bağlanmaz, bahis sitelerinden veri çekmez; bir kuponun gerçekten oynanıp oynanmadığını, tutarını veya sitedeki sonucunu doğrulamaz. Kupon verisinin doğruluğundan Kullanıcı sorumludur.
2.4Tahmini Veriler bilgi amaçlıdır. Tutma yüzdeleri, canlı ihtimal, maç öncesi oranlar, maç analizleri, Kupon DNA, Günün Kazananı ve benzeri tüm çıktılar istatistiksel modellerle, kurallarla, üçüncü taraf piyasa verileriyle ve/veya yapay zekâ ile üretilen genel bilgilendirme amaçlı tahminlerdir. Hatalı, gecikmeli, eksik veya birbiriyle tutarsız olabilir. Hiçbiri bahis, yatırım, finansal veya başka bir profesyonel tavsiye; bir sonucun gerçekleşeceğine dair taahhüt, garanti ya da bahis oynamaya teşvik değildir.
2.5Oranlar. Uygulama'da görünen oranlar Matchly'nin sunduğu oranlar değildir. Bunlar Kullanıcı'nın girdiği değerler veya üçüncü taraf veri sağlayıcılardan alınan bilgi amaçlı piyasa değerleridir; herhangi bir sitedeki güncel oranla örtüşmeyebilir.
2.6Resmi hesap içerikleri. Matchly'nin resmi hesabı (rozetli) tarafından paylaşılan kuponlar, analizler veya tahminler de yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır; tavsiye değildir ve takip edilmesi beklenmez.
2.7Skor ve maç verisi. Maç, fikstür, skor, gol, golcü, kart, kadro, istatistik ve oran verileri üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan gelir. Bu veriler gecikebilir, hatalı veya eksik olabilir ve sağlayıcı tarafından sonradan düzeltilebilir (ör. golün başka oyuncuya veya takıma yazılması, iptal edilen gol, değişen dakika). Bu düzeltmeler Hizmet'te gösterilen skorları, bildirimleri ve kupon sonuçlarını geriye dönük olarak değiştirebilir.
2.8Otomatik sonuçlandırma. Kupon ve seçim (bacak) sonuçları ("Kazandı", "Kaybetti", "İptal / İade" ve benzerleri) otomatik sistemlerce, sağlayıcı verisine ve bahis türlerinin bizim yaptığımız yorumuna göre belirlenir. Bahis sitelerinin kendi kuralları (uzatma dakikaları, ertelenen veya yarıda kalan maçlar, oyuncunun oynamaması, özel bahis tanımları vb.) farklı olabilir. Matchly'de gösterilen sonuç, bahis hizmetindeki sonucun yerine geçmez; esas olan ilgili hizmetin kendi kayıtlarıdır. Her bahis türü otomatik sonuçlanmayabilir; bazı kuponları elle sonuçlandırman gerekebilir. Sonuçları kontrol etmek senin sorumluluğundadır.
2.9Otomatik Okuma hataları. Kupon görsellerinin okunması hatalı olabilir (yanlış maç veya takım eşleşmesi, yanlış bahis türü, eksik ya da fazla seçim, yanlış oran veya tutar). Okunan kuponu kaydetmeden önce kontrol etmek ve gerekirse düzeltmek senin sorumluluğundadır.
2.10Bildirimler ve canlı gösterimler. Gol, gol iptali, maç sonu, kupon sonucu, ihtimal değişimi, hatırlatma ve benzeri bildirimler ile kilit ekranı / Canlı Etkinlik kartları ve Apple Watch gösterimleri; cihazına, işletim sistemine, ağ bağlantına, bildirim servislerine ve veri sağlayıcılarına bağlıdır. Gecikebilir, hiç ulaşmayabilir, sırası karışabilir, tekrarlanabilir veya sonradan düzeltilebilir. Bildirimlere dayanarak işlem yapmamalısın.
2.11Kasa ve istatistikler. Kasa, kâr / zarar, isabet oranı ve benzeri istatistikler senin girdiğin ve sistemin belirlediği verilerden hesaplanır; muhasebe, vergi veya resmi kayıt niteliği taşımaz.
2.12Amaç. Hizmet kişisel kayıt, takip ve eğlence amaçlıdır. Hizmet'in kullanımı herhangi bir bahis oynama yükümlülüğü veya teşviki içermez.
3.118 yaş sınırı. 18 yaşından küçükler Hizmet'i kullanamaz, Hesap açamaz ve Abonelik satın alamaz. 18 yaşından küçük olduğunu tespit ettiğimiz veya makul olarak şüphelendiğimiz Hesapları bildirimsiz olarak kapatabiliriz. Yaşın hakkında yanlış beyandan doğan sonuçlardan sen sorumlusun.
3.2Mevzuata uyum senin sorumluluğundadır. Bahis ve şans oyunları birçok ülkede sıkı biçimde düzenlenmiş veya yasaklanmıştır. Bulunduğun ülkenin mevzuatının ve Türkiye'de bulunuyorsan başta 7258 sayılı Futbol ve Diğer Spor Müsabakalarında Bahis ve Şans Oyunları Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun olmak üzere ilgili mevzuatın sana nasıl uygulandığını belirlemek ve bunlara uymak senin sorumluluğundadır.
3.3Yasa dışı bahsi desteklemiyoruz. Matchly yasa dışı bahsi desteklemez, teşvik etmez ve tanıtmaz. Hizmet'i; lisanssız veya yasa dışı bahis hizmetlerinin reklamını yapmak, bunlara üye veya müşteri kazandırmak, bunların adres, bağlantı, kod, bonus veya iletişim bilgilerini paylaşmak, para transferine aracılık etmek ya da bu faaliyetleri başka herhangi bir şekilde kolaylaştırmak için kullanamazsın (bkz. Madde 2.2).
3.4Kuponlarının hukuki durumu. Takip ettiğin bir kuponun hangi hizmette ve hangi koşullarda oynandığı ve bunun hukuka uygun olup olmadığı yalnızca senin sorumluluğundadır. Matchly'nin bir kuponu kaydetmesi, okuması, göstermesi veya sonuçlandırması o kuponun ya da oynandığı hizmetin hukuka uygun olduğu anlamına gelmez.
3.5Yetkili makamlar. Hukuka aykırı faaliyet şüphesi halinde Madde 7 ve Gizlilik Politikası çerçevesinde gerekli tedbirleri alabilir, yetkili makamların usulüne uygun taleplerine yanıt verebiliriz.
3.6Sorumlu oyun. Bahis bağımlılık yapabilir ve maddi, manevi ve sosyal zararlara yol açabilir. Kaybetmeyi göze alamayacağın parayla, borçla veya kayıplarını telafi etmek amacıyla bahis oynama. Uygulama'daki Ayarlar → Sorumlu oyun bölümünden günlük, haftalık veya aylık harcama limiti belirleyebilir (limit aşıldığında uyarı gösterilir; kupon kaydı engellenmez) ve bildirimlere bir süre ara verebilirsin. Bu araçlar yardımcı niteliktedir; harcamalarını kontrol etme sorumluluğunu ortadan kaldırmaz ve Matchly bunların etkinliğini garanti etmez.
3.7Destek al. Kendin veya bir yakının için endişeleniyorsan profesyonel destek al. Türkiye'de Yeşilay Danışmanlık Merkezi (YEDAM), 115 numaralı hattan ücretsiz danışmanlık sunmaktadır. Türkiye dışındaysan bulunduğun ülkedeki bağımlılık destek hizmetlerine başvur.
3.8Kendini uzaklaştırma. Bahis alışkanlığın nedeniyle Hizmet'ten uzak durmak istersen Hesabını silebilir veya destek kanalından Hesabının kapatılmasını isteyebilirsin.
4.1Hesap oluşturma. Hesap; e-posta ve şifre, Apple ile Giriş veya Google ile Giriş ile oluşturulabilir. Hizmet'in özelliklerinin çoğu Hesap gerektirir.
4.2Doğru bilgi. Kayıt ve kullanım sırasında verdiğin bilgilerin doğru, güncel ve sana ait olmasını sağlarsın. Başkasının e-posta adresi, kimliği veya bilgileriyle Hesap açamazsın.
4.3Tek hesap. Her kişi yalnızca bir Hesap kullanabilir. Deneme süresi, kampanya, indirim çarkı veya teklif, Düello, Günün Kazananı gibi özellikleri kötüye kullanmak, bir yaptırımı aşmak veya başkalarını yanıltmak amacıyla birden fazla Hesap açmak yasaktır. Yönetici'nin izniyle açılan test ve resmi hesaplar bu yasağın dışındadır.
4.4Hesap güvenliği. Şifreni ve cihazını korumak senin sorumluluğundadır. Hesabın üzerinden yapılan tüm işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Yetkisiz kullanım şüphesinde bize derhal bildir. Apple veya Google hesabının güvenliği, ilgili sağlayıcının koşullarına tabidir. Şüpheli giriş denemelerinde geçici kilit, ek doğrulama veya oturum kapatma gibi önlemler uygulayabiliriz.
4.5Kullanıcı adı kuralları. Kullanıcı adı 3–20 karakter olmalı ve yalnızca küçük harf, rakam ve alt çizgi içermelidir. Aşağıdaki kullanıcı adları yasaktır:
başka bir kişiyi, kullanıcıyı, ünlüyü, kurumu, Matchly'yi, Yönetici'yi veya resmi hesapları taklit eden ya da onlarla karıştırılabilecek adlar;
"admin", "matchly", "destek", "resmi" gibi yetki veya resmiyet izlenimi veren adlar;
küfür, hakaret, müstehcenlik, nefret söylemi veya şiddet içeren adlar;
bir bahis sitesini, markayı, ürünü, telefon numarasını, web adresini, sosyal medya hesabını veya kanalı tanıtan adlar;
üçüncü kişilerin marka, ticaret unvanı veya ad haklarını ihlal eden ya da başka şekilde yanıltıcı olan adlar.
4.6Kullanıcı adı üzerinde hak doğmaz. Yönetici, kurallara aykırı veya şikâyet konusu bir kullanıcı adını bildirimsiz olarak değiştirebilir, geri alabilir, nötr bir adla değiştirebilir ve belirli adları kullanıma kapatabilir (rezerve edebilir). Kullanıcı adı üzerinde mülkiyet veya kazanılmış hak doğmaz. Hesap silindiğinde kullanıcı adı serbest kalır ve başkası tarafından alınabilir.
4.7Devir yasağı. Hesabın kişiseldir. Hesabını satamaz, kiralayamaz, devredemez, paylaşamaz veya başkasına kullandıramazsın. Abonelik bir Hesaba bağlıdır ve başka bir Hesaba aktarılamaz; bir Mağaza hesabındaki abonelik yalnızca bir Matchly Hesabı ile ilişkilendirilebilir.
5.1Ücretli hizmet. Hizmet'in tamamı veya bir kısmı ücretli Abonelik gerektirebilir. Hangi özelliklerin ücretli olduğu, ücretsiz kullanım sunulup sunulmayacağı ve kapsamı İşletme tarafından belirlenir ve zaman zaman değiştirilebilir. Uygulama'nın kullanımına devam edebilmek için Abonelik zorunlu tutulabilir.
5.2Planlar. Abonelikler aylık, yıllık veya zaman zaman sunulabilecek başka sürelerde olabilir. Planların kapsamı farklı olabilir (ör. VIP rozeti ve uygulama içi canlı destek sohbeti yalnızca belirli planlarda sunulabilir). Güncel plan, fiyat, süre ve kapsam satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
5.3Ödeme Mağaza üzerinden yapılır. Uygulama içindeki Abonelikler yalnızca Mağaza üzerinden satılır. Ödeme, faturalama, vergiler, para birimi ve ödeme yöntemleri Mağaza'nın koşullarına tabidir. Matchly kart veya ödeme bilgilerini görmez ve saklamaz.
5.4Otomatik yenileme. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden Mağaza'nın belirlediği süre içinde (genellikle en az 24 saat önce) iptal edilmezse aynı süre için otomatik olarak yenilenir ve ücret Mağaza hesabından tahsil edilir.
5.5İptal.Uygulama'yı silmek veya Hesabını silmek Aboneliği iptal etmez. Aboneliği iptal etmek için: iPhone / iPad'de Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler; Android'de Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler. İptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; dönemin kalanında erişimin sürer. Mevzuat ve Mağaza kuralları saklı kalmak kaydıyla, kısmen kullanılmış dönemler için kısmi iade yapılmaz.
5.6Ücretsiz deneme. Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme süresi bitmeden iptal edilmediği takdirde ücretli Aboneliğe dönüşür ve ücret tahsil edilir. Deneme, Hesap ve/veya Mağaza hesabı başına bir kez kullanılabilir; Mağaza kuralları ayrıca sınırlama getirebilir.
5.7Kampanyalar, teklifler ve indirim çarkı.
İndirim çarkı, süreli teklifler, kampanyalar ve hediye süreler ilgili ekranda gösterilen koşullara tabidir.
Teklifler süreli olabilir; süre dolduğunda normal fiyat geçerlidir. Teklifler Hesap başına bir kez kullanılabilir, nakde çevrilemez ve devredilemez.
İndirim çarkı ücretsizdir; çevirmek için ödeme alınmaz. Çark nakit veya maddi ödül içermez; yalnızca Matchly Aboneliğine ilişkin indirim veya hediye süre sağlayabilir.
Çoklu hesap, cihaz veya sistem manipülasyonu, otomasyon ve benzeri kötüye kullanım hallerinde kampanya hakkı iptal edilebilir ve ilgili Hesap hakkında Madde 7 uygulanabilir.
Kampanyaları değiştirme, durdurma veya sona erdirme hakkımız saklıdır. Kampanya koşulları önceki satın alımlara geriye dönük uygulanmaz; önceki satın alımlar için fiyat farkı iadesi yapılmaz.
Üstü çizili olarak gösterilen fiyat, ilgili planın kampanya dışındaki normal satış fiyatıdır.
5.8Fiyat değişiklikleri. Fiyatları değiştirebiliriz. Mevcut Aboneliklere ilişkin fiyat değişiklikleri Mağaza kurallarına göre bildirilir ve (Mağaza gerektiriyorsa onayınla) bir sonraki yenileme döneminden itibaren uygulanır.
5.9Yönetici tarafından tanımlanan erişim. Yönetici, tamamen kendi takdirine bağlı olarak, bir Kullanıcı'ya ücretsiz ya da Mağaza dışında yazılı olarak yapılan özel bir anlaşmaya dayalı süreli erişim (ör. hediye, telafi, test, iş birliği veya bir üçüncü taraf yazılımın lisansı kapsamında erişim) tanımlayabilir; bu erişimin süresini uzatabilir, kısaltabilir veya sona erdirebilir. Bu tür bir erişim:
diğer Kullanıcılar için emsal veya hak doğurmaz;
aksi yazılı olarak kararlaştırılmadıkça kendiliğinden yenilenmez ve süre sonunda bildirim yapılmaksızın sona erer;
bağlı olduğu iş birliği, lisans veya koşul sona erdiğinde kendiliğinden biter;
Madde 7 kapsamındaki tedbirlerde iade veya tazminat konusu olmaz.
5.10Cayma hakkı. Abonelik, satın alma onayıyla birlikte elektronik ortamda anında ifasına başlanan bir hizmettir. 6502 sayılı Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetlere ve tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallara ilişkin cayma hakkı istisnası kapsamında, satın alma ile birlikte ifaya başlanmasını onayladığını ve mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde cayma hakkının bulunmadığını kabul edersin. Kanundan doğan emredici hakların saklıdır.
5.11İadeler. Mağaza üzerinden yapılan ödemelere ilişkin iade talepleri Mağaza'nın süreçlerine tabidir ve Mağaza tarafından değerlendirilir (Apple için reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play için Google Play iade politikası). Matchly, Mağaza üzerinden alınan ödemeleri çoğu durumda doğrudan iade edemez. Mevzuatın zorunlu kıldığı haller saklı kalmak kaydıyla; kısmen kullanılmış dönemler, kullanılmayan özellikler, Hizmet'in beğenilmemesi, Tahmini Veriler'in tutmaması, bildirim gecikmeleri veya bahis kayıpları iade gerekçesi değildir.
5.12Yaptırım halinde ücretler. Hesabın bu Şartlar'ın ihlali nedeniyle Madde 7 uyarınca kısıtlanır, askıya alınır veya kapatılırsa, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde ödenmiş ücretler iade edilmez ve kalan süre için tazminat veya mahsup yapılmaz. Bu durumda Mağaza'daki otomatik yenilemeyi iptal etmek senin sorumluluğundadır; Mağaza aboneliğini senin adına iptal edemeyebiliriz.
5.13Ödeme sorunları ve geri yükleme. Mağaza ödemeyi alamazsa (ör. kart reddi) ücretli özelliklere erişimin durabilir. Aynı Hesapla yeni bir cihaza geçtiğinde, satın alma ekranındaki "Satın alımı geri yükle" seçeneğiyle Aboneliğini geri yükleyebilirsin.
5.14Dolandırıcılık uyarısı. Mağaza dışı ödemeler yalnızca İşletme ile destek e-posta adresi üzerinden yazılı olarak yapılan özel anlaşmalara dayanır. Sohbet, yorum, Düello, Telegram veya başka bir kanal üzerinden Matchly ya da Yönetici adına ödeme, kod veya kişisel bilgi isteyen kişilere itibar etme. Bu yollarla yapılan ödemelerden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
6.1İçerikten sen sorumlusun. Hizmet'e girdiğin, yüklediğin veya paylaştığın tüm İçerik'ten yalnızca sen sorumlusun. İçerik'i paylaşmak için gerekli tüm haklara sahip olduğunu ve İçerik'in mevzuata, bu Şartlar'a ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarına aykırı olmadığını beyan ve taahhüt edersin.
6.2Görünürlük. Eklediğin kuponlar, özelliğe ve ayarlara bağlı olarak varsayılan olarak herkese açık paylaşılabilir ve Keşfet / akışta ve profilinde görünebilir. Bir kuponu gizli yapabilir, tutarını gizleyebilir veya paylaşımı kaldırabilirsin. Herkese açık kuponların, yorumların, Sohbet mesajlarının, kullanıcı adının ve profil bilgilerinin diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebileceğini, kopyalanabileceğini veya ekran görüntüsünün alınabileceğini kabul edersin. Paylaşımı kaldırsan bile daha önce alınmış kopyalar üzerinde kontrolümüz yoktur. Herkese açık ve tutarı gizlenmemiş kuponların sonuçları "Günün Kazananı" gibi özelliklerde kullanıcı adınla birlikte gösterilebilir veya bildirilebilir.
6.3Yasak içerik. Aşağıdaki içerikleri Hizmet'in hiçbir yerinde (kupon, yorum, Sohbet, profil, kullanıcı adı, Düello, destek, Telegram Botu, kupon görseli dahil) paylaşamazsın:
hakaret, küfür, aşağılama, alay veya kişilik haklarına saldırı;
ırk, etnik köken, din, mezhep, dil, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik, yaş, siyasi görüş, tutulan takım veya başka bir nedenle nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık ya da şiddete çağrı;
taciz, ısrarlı takip, zorbalık, tehdit, şantaj veya korkutma;
müstehcen, pornografik veya cinsel içerik; çocukların istismarına ilişkin her türlü içerik (bu tür içerikler yetkili makamlara bildirilir);
şiddeti, kendine zarar vermeyi veya intiharı teşvik eden içerik;
suçu, suçluyu veya terör örgütlerini öven, propagandasını yapan içerik;
başkalarının kişisel verilerini izinsiz paylaşmak veya ifşa etmek (ad-soyad, telefon, adres, T.C. kimlik numarası, IBAN veya hesap bilgisi, e-posta, fotoğraf, konum vb.); dolandırıcılık riskine karşı kendi telefon numaranı ve IBAN'ını paylaşmak da yasaktır;
başkalarının fikri mülkiyet, marka, telif veya ticari sır haklarını ihlal eden içerik;
yanlış, yanıltıcı veya karalayıcı beyanlar; resmi bir kurum, Matchly, Yönetici ya da başka bir kullanıcı adına konuşuyormuş gibi davranmak;
mevzuata aykırı diğer her türlü içerik.
6.4Bahis, ticari faaliyet ve dolandırıcılık. Şunlar yasaktır:
spam, flood, tekrarlanan veya zincir mesajlar, anlamsız içerik;
her türlü reklam, tanıtım, yönlendirme, bağlantı (link), davet veya referans kodu; sosyal medya, Telegram, WhatsApp grubu veya kanalı tanıtımı;
herhangi bir bahis sitesinin, bonusun, promosyon kodunun, güncel giriş adresinin, gelir paylaşımı (affiliate) bağlantısının veya yasa dışı bahis hizmetinin tanıtımı ya da bunlara yönlendirme;
ücretli tahmin, "kupon satışı", "VIP kupon grubu", "şike" veya "garanti maç", "kesin kupon" ve benzerlerinin satışı, pazarlaması veya vaadi; para karşılığı bahis danışmanlığı;
sahte, uydurma, sonradan düzenlenmiş veya manipüle edilmiş kupon, kupon görseli, sonuç, kazanç ya da istatistik paylaşmak; maç başladıktan veya bittikten sonra kupon ekleyerek ya da sonucu elle değiştirerek başarı izlenimi yaratmak; başkasının kuponunu kendininmiş gibi göstermek;
dolandırıcılık, kimlik avı (phishing), sahte çekiliş veya ödül, borç veya para isteme, para transferi talebi, kripto para veya benzeri yatırım teklifleri;
başka bir kişiyi, kullanıcıyı, ünlüyü, kurumu, Matchly'yi veya Yönetici'yi taklit etmek.
6.5Teknik ve sistem kötüye kullanımı. Şunlar yasaktır:
birden fazla Hesapla kuralları dolanmak, yaptırımları aşmak, beğeni, takip veya istatistik şişirmek;
bot, betik (script), otomasyon, kazıma (scraping) veya otomatik hesap oluşturma; Telegram Botu ve "Botu Bağla" entegrasyonu dışında Hizmet'e otomatik erişim; Hizmet verilerini toplu olarak indirmek, kopyalamak, yeniden yayımlamak veya ticari amaçla kullanmak;
Uygulama'yı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, kaynak koduna ulaşmaya çalışmak, değiştirmek veya türev eser oluşturmak (mevzuatın emredici olarak izin verdiği haller hariç); arayüzleri (API) izinsiz kullanmak; Uygulama'nın değiştirilmiş veya kırılmış sürümlerini kullanmak;
güvenlik açığı aramak veya istismar etmek, yetkisiz erişim sağlamak, başka Hesaplara erişmeye çalışmak, kimlik doğrulamayı atlatmak, istek sahteleme; virüs veya zararlı kod yüklemek (bir güvenlik açığı fark edersen, istismar etmeden destek adresimize bildirmeni rica ederiz);
Hizmet'i aşırı yüklemek, hizmet engelleme saldırısı yapmak, hız sınırlarını aşmak veya atlatmak;
Otomatik Okuma ve YZ hizmetlerini kötüye kullanmak: kupon dışı görseller yüklemek, aynı görseli toplu veya tekrar tekrar göndermek, okuma hizmetini başkalarına sağlamak veya kuponla ilgisi olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak;
ödeme ve Abonelik sistemini kötüye kullanmak: sahte makbuz veya ödeme hilesi, Mağaza iade süreçlerinin kötüye kullanılması (ör. erişimden yararlanıp sistematik olarak iade almak), deneme süresi veya kampanyaları birden fazla Hesapla tekrar tekrar kullanmak, Aboneliği paylaşmak veya satmak;
Telegram Botu'nu kötüye kullanmak: başkasının Hesabına bağlanmak, bağlantı kodunu veya linkini paylaşmak ya da satmak, bota spam veya zararlı içerik göndermek, botu kupon dışı amaçlarla kullanmak;
Sohbet'te flood yapmak, yavaş mod ve mesaj sınırlarını atlatmaya çalışmak, aynı mesajı tekrarlamak;
Düello'da hile yapmak: sonucu etkilemek için kuponu silmek veya düzenlemek, sahte kuponla katılmak, kendi Hesaplarıyla düello yapmak, rakibi taciz etmek (Düello ücretsizdir; giriş ücreti, ödül veya ödül havuzu yoktur);
şikâyet ve bildirim sistemini kötüye kullanmak (asılsız veya toplu şikâyet);
Yönetici'yi veya destek ekibini taciz etmek, tehdit etmek veya yanıltmak.
6.6Sıfır tolerans. Bu kuralların ihlali halinde Madde 7'deki tedbirler, önceden uyarı yapılmaksızın ve kademeli olmak zorunda olmaksızın uygulanabilir. Bir ihlalin daha önce yaptırımsız kalması, sonraki ihlallerde tedbir uygulanmayacağı anlamına gelmez.
6.7Şikâyet, engelleme ve otomatik denetim. Uygunsuz bir yorumu "Şikayet Et" seçeneğiyle, Sohbet mesajını rapor seçeneğiyle bildirebilir; bir kullanıcıyı "Engelle" veya "Sessize Al" seçenekleriyle engelleyebilir ya da susturabilirsin. Engellediğin kullanıcıları Ayarlar → Engellenen Kullanıcılar'dan yönetebilirsin. Şikâyetler en geç 24 saat içinde incelenir ve gerekli görülen işlem uygulanır; şikâyetin sonucu hakkında bilgi verme yükümlülüğümüz yoktur. Hizmet otomatik filtreler (küfür, bağlantı, telefon ve IBAN filtreleri, hız sınırları vb.) kullanır; birden fazla kullanıcı tarafından rapor edilen içerik otomatik olarak gizlenebilir. Otomatik filtreler hatalı çalışabilir; bir içeriğin filtreden geçmesi kurallara uygun olduğu anlamına gelmez.
6.8İçerik üzerindeki lisans. İçerik'in mülkiyeti sende kalır. İçerik'i paylaşarak bize, Hizmet'i işletmek, sunmak ve geliştirmek amacıyla sınırlı olmak üzere; dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, bedelsiz, Hizmet'i sağlamamıza yardım eden hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza alt lisans verilebilir bir lisans verirsin. Bu lisans; İçerik'i barındırma, saklama, çoğaltma, işleme, biçimlendirme ve Hizmet içinde (Keşfet / akış, profil, Sohbet, Düello, Günün Kazananı, bildirimler ve paylaşım kartları dahil) gösterme hakkını kapsar. Hizmet'in tanıtımında İçerik'i yalnızca anonimleştirilmiş veya toplulaştırılmış istatistik olarak (ör. "bu hafta eklenen kupon sayısı") kullanırız; seni tanıtımda adınla veya kullanıcı adınla tanınabilir şekilde kullanmamız ayrıca onayına bağlıdır. İçerik'i veya Hesabını sildiğinde lisans sona erer. Ancak Hesabını sildiğinde İçerik'in bir kısmı (ör. kupon özetleri, okunan kupon metinleri, destek ve Sohbet yazışmalarının içeriği) Gizlilik Politikası uyarınca kimliğinden ayrılarak anonim olarak saklanabilir ve hizmet kalitesinin ölçülmesi, genel istatistik ve Otomatik Okuma'nın geliştirilmesi amaçlarıyla kullanılmaya devam edebilir; lisans bu anonim kayıtlar bakımından sona ermez. Yedeklerde makul süre kalan kopyalar, mevzuat gereği saklanan kayıtlar ve diğer kullanıcıların daha önce aldığı kopyalar bakımından da sona ermenin etkisi sınırlıdır.
6.9Kupon görselleri ve Otomatik Okuma. Yüklediğin kupon görselleri ve bunlardan okunan metin; kuponunu oluşturmak, okuma hatalarını tespit etmek, Otomatik Okuma'nın doğruluğunu ölçmek ve iyileştirmek, hata bildirimlerini incelemek ve güvenlik ile kötüye kullanım kontrolleri yapmak amacıyla, Gizlilik Politikası'nda belirtilen süreler boyunca saklanabilir ve Yönetici ile bu amaçla kullanılan otomatik sistemler (yapay zekâ destekli inceleme araçları dahil) tarafından incelenebilir. Bazı okumalar cihazında yapılır; bazı görseller okuma için Gizlilik Politikası'nda belirtilen hizmet sağlayıcılara iletilebilir. Bir okuma hatasını "Bildir" seçeneğiyle bildirdiğinde gönderdiğin görsel ve açıklamalar da aynı amaçlarla incelenir. Kupon görsellerin reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve satılmaz. Görsel yüklemeden önce ad-soyad, bakiye, hesap numarası gibi kişisel bilgileri içeren alanları kırpmanı veya kapatmanı öneririz.
6.10Ön denetim yükümlülüğü yoktur. İçerik'i yayımlanmadan önce denetleme yükümlülüğümüz yoktur. 5651 sayılı İnternet Ortamında Yapılan Yayınların Düzenlenmesi ve Bu Yayınlar Yoluyla İşlenen Suçlarla Mücadele Edilmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında yer sağlayıcı sıfatıyla, hukuka aykırı içerikten haberdar edildiğimizde mevzuat çerçevesinde gereğini yaparız.
6.11Yedekleme. İçerik'inin yedeğini tutmak senin sorumluluğundadır. Kupon geçmişini Ayarlar → Kupon geçmişini dışa aktar ile dışa aktarabilirsin (özelliğin sunulduğu planlarda).
7.1Genel yetki. İşletme; Hizmet'in güvenliğini ve düzenini, diğer kullanıcıların haklarını, mevzuata uyumu ve kendi meşru menfaatlerini korumak amacıyla, bu Şartlar'ın ihlali veya ihlal şüphesi, şikâyet, yetkili makam talebi, güvenlik riski ya da Hizmet'in işleyişini olumsuz etkileyen herhangi bir durumda; kendi takdirine bağlı olarak, önceden bildirim yapmaksızın ve gerekçe göstermek zorunda olmaksızın (mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde) Madde 7.2'deki tedbirlerden birini, birkaçını veya tamamını, geçici ya da kalıcı olarak uygulayabilir.
7.2Tedbirler. Yönetici özellikle şunları yapabilir:
İçerik: herhangi bir İçerik'i (kupon, yorum, Sohbet mesajı, kupon görseli, profil bilgisi vb.) kaldırmak, gizlemek, görünürlüğünü sınırlamak, Keşfet / akıştan çıkarmak, "elle işaretlendi" veya "doğrulanmadı" gibi etiketlerle işaretlemek ya da düzenlemek (ör. kişisel veri içeren kısmı maskelemek);
Kullanıcı adı ve profil: kullanıcı adını değiştirmek, sıfırlamak veya rezerve etmek; profil bilgilerini kaldırmak;
Özellik kısıtlaması: yorum, beğeni, takip, kupon paylaşımı, Keşfet, Sohbet, Düello, destek sohbeti, Telegram Botu, Bağlı Bot, Otomatik Okuma veya bildirimler gibi özelliklerden birine veya birkaçına erişimi kısıtlamak ya da kapatmak; İçerik'inin diğer kullanıcılara görünmesini sınırlamak;
Susturma: Sohbet'te veya diğer Sosyal Özellikler'de belirli bir süreyle ya da süresiz susturmak;
Geçici askıya alma: Hesabın tamamını veya bir kısmını belirli ya da belirsiz bir süre için askıya almak;
Kalıcı kapatma (ban): Hesabı kalıcı olarak kapatmak ve/veya silmek;
Yeniden kayıt engeli: yasaklanan kişinin yeni Hesap açmasını önlemek için e-posta adresi, Apple veya Google kimliği, cihaz ve bildirim tanımlayıcıları, Mağaza işlem veya abonelik kimliği, IP adresi ve benzeri teknik verilere dayalı engelleme uygulamak; bu şekilde açıldığı anlaşılan Hesapları da bildirimsiz kapatmak;
Abonelik ve erişim: ücretli özelliklere erişimi durdurmak; Yönetici tarafından tanımlanmış erişimi iptal etmek; kampanya, indirim ve teklif haklarını iptal etmek;
Veri düzeltme: kupon verisindeki hataları (yanlış maç eşleşmesi, mükerrer kayıt, okuma hatası, hatalı oran) düzeltmek; seçim veya kupon sonucunu elle belirlemek ya da değiştirmek; hileli veya hatalı kayıtları istatistiklerden, Günün Kazananı'ndan ve Düello sonuçlarından çıkarmak;
İnceleme ve kayıt: kötüye kullanım şüphesinde Hesaba ilişkin verileri (kuponlar, kupon görselleri ve okunan metinler, oturum ve giriş kayıtları, yorum ve Sohbet geçmişi, şikâyetler, cihaz ve abonelik durum bilgileri) Gizlilik Politikası çerçevesinde incelemek, delil olarak kayıt altına almak ve saklamak;
Destek ve hata bildirimleri: destek mesajlarını, hata bildirimlerini ve ekli görselleri incelemek ve Hizmet'i iyileştirmek için kullanmak;
Bağlantılar: Telegram bağlantısını veya Bağlı Bot anahtarını iptal etmek;
Yetkili makamlar: suç şüphesi halinde veya mevzuat gereği yetkili adli ve idari makamlara bildirimde bulunmak, usulüne uygun talepler üzerine bilgi ve belge paylaşmak;
Duyuru ve bildirim: tüm kullanıcılara veya bir kısmına uygulama içi duyuru, anlık bildirim ve e-posta göndermek (ticari elektronik iletiler için Madde 12.3 saklıdır);
ihlalin niteliğine uygun gördüğü diğer makul tedbirleri almak.
7.3Uyarı sistemi zorunlu değildir. Yönetici uyarı yapabilir veya kademeli yaptırım uygulayabilir; ancak buna bağlı değildir ve doğrudan en ağır tedbiri uygulayabilir. Önceki uyarılar veya başka kullanıcılara uygulanan tedbirler emsal oluşturmaz.
7.4Takdir İşletme'dedir. Bir içeriğin veya davranışın bu Şartlar'a aykırı olup olmadığına ve hangi tedbirin uygulanacağına İşletme karar verir. Bu kararda içerik ve bağlamı, şikâyetler, geçmiş davranışlar, diğer kullanıcılar üzerindeki etki ve Hizmet'in güvenliği gibi unsurları dikkate alabilir.
7.5Bildirim ve gerekçe. Bir tedbir uygulandığında bildirim yapılması veya gerekçe açıklanması zorunlu değildir. Özellikle güvenlik, dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi, devam eden bir inceleme veya kötüye kullanımın tekrarını önleme gibi nedenlerle gerekçe açıklanmayabilir.
7.6Yeni hesap yasağı. Hesabı askıya alınan veya kalıcı olarak kapatılan kişi; askı veya yasak süresince yeni Hesap açamaz, başkasının Hesabını kullanamaz ve Hizmet'i başkası aracılığıyla kullanamaz. Bu yasağın ihlali başlı başına ağır ihlaldir ve tespit edilen Hesaplar bildirimsiz kapatılır.
7.7İtiraz. Bir tedbire, tedbirden itibaren 30 gün içinde destek sohbeti (erişimin varsa) veya destek e-posta adresi üzerinden itiraz edebilirsin. İtirazlar değerlendirilir; ancak değerlendirme süresi ve sonucu hakkında taahhüt verilmez ve nihai karar İşletme'ye aittir. Bu hüküm, kanundan doğan başvuru ve dava haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
7.8Ücret iadesi yapılmaz. Tedbir bu Şartlar'ın ihlali veya ihlal şüphesi nedeniyle uygulanırsa, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde ödenmiş Abonelik ücretleri iade edilmez; kalan süre, kaybedilen İçerik, istatistik, rozet, sıralama veya kampanya hakları için tazminat ya da mahsup talep edilemez (bkz. Madde 5.12).
7.9İhlal olmaksızın sona erdirme. İşletme, ihlal bulunmasa dahi, makul bir süre önceden bildirimde bulunarak belirli bir Hesaba Hizmet sunmayı sona erdirebilir. Bu durumda aktif ücretli Abonelik, mevzuat ve Mağaza kuralları çerçevesinde değerlendirilir. Güvenlik riski veya hukuki zorunluluk halinde bildirim süresi beklenmeyebilir.
7.10Yönetici kimliği. Yönetici hesapları Uygulama'da "Admin" rozetiyle, resmi hesaplar onay işaretiyle gösterilir. Yönetici senden şifre, doğrulama kodu, Telegram bağlantı kodu veya ödeme istemez; bunu isteyen kişilere itibar etme ve bize bildir.
7.11Tedbir yetkisi yükümlülük değildir. Bu Madde'deki yetkiler İşletme'ye bir hak tanır, yükümlülük yüklemez. Tüm ihlalleri tespit etmeyi garanti etmeyiz. Kast ve ağır kusur halleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla, bir tedbirin uygulanmasından veya uygulanmamasından dolayı sorumlu tutulamayız.
8.1Değişiklik hakkı. Herhangi bir özelliği ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir, kaldırabilir, ücretli hale getirebilir veya ücretsiz yapabiliriz; kapsamını ve sınırlarını (ör. okuma kotaları, desteklenen sporlar, ligler, bahis türleri ve siteler, bildirim türleri) değiştirebiliriz. Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmek için güncelleme yüklemeni zorunlu tutabilir, eski sürümleri desteklemeyi bırakabiliriz.
8.2Kesintiler. Planlı veya plansız bakım, güncellemeler, sunucu arızaları, üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintileri, internet ve altyapı sorunları, siber saldırılar ve mücbir sebepler nedeniyle Hizmet kesintisiz veya hatasız olmayabilir. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu ölçüde" sunulur.
8.3Kapsam sınırlıdır. Desteklenen sporlar, ligler, maçlar, bahis türleri ve kupon biçimleri sınırlıdır; tüm bahis türleri otomatik olarak okunamayabilir veya sonuçlanamayabilir.
8.4Hizmetin sona erdirilmesi. Hizmet'i tamamen veya kısmen sona erdirebiliriz. Bu durumda mümkünse en az 30 gün önceden uygulama içi duyuru ve/veya e-posta ile bildirmeye çalışırız. Aktif Abonelikler bakımından mevzuat ve Mağaza kuralları uygulanır.
8.5Veri kaybı. Verilerini korumak için makul teknik önlemler alırız; ancak veri kaybı, bozulma veya hatalı senkronizasyon olmayacağını garanti etmeyiz. Mevzuatın zorunlu kıldığı haller dışında senin için yedek tutma yükümlülüğümüz yoktur. Önemli verilerini düzenli olarak dışa aktarmalısın. Hizmet'in sona ermesi veya Hesabın kapatılması halinde verilerin silinebilir.
8.6Yeni ve deneme özellikleri. "Yeni", "Beta" veya "Deneme" olarak sunulan özellikler ek hata riski taşır ve haber verilmeksizin değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir.
8.7Cihaz uyumluluğu. Hizmet belirli cihaz ve işletim sistemi sürümleri gerektirir. Apple Watch, Canlı Etkinlik, widget gibi platforma özgü özellikler her cihazda bulunmayabilir.
9.1Genel. Hizmet, aralarında şunların da bulunduğu üçüncü taraf hizmetlere dayanır: Apple (App Store, Apple ile Giriş, bildirim altyapısı, Canlı Etkinlik, Apple Watch), Google (Google Play, Google ile Giriş, cihaz üzerinde metin tanıma), Supabase (veritabanı ve kimlik doğrulama), sunucu barındırma sağlayıcıları, OneSignal (anlık bildirim), spor veri sağlayıcıları (ör. API-Football), yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları (ör. Anthropic), Telegram (Telegram Botu) ve Meta (reklam performans ölçümü; cihaz reklam kimliğinin kullanımı platformun izleme izni kurallarına tabidir). Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi kullanım koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Bunların kesintisinden, hatasından, politika değişikliğinden veya hizmeti durdurmasından sorumlu değiliz.
9.2Mağazalar. Ödeme, faturalama, iade ve abonelik yönetimi Mağaza'nın koşullarına tabidir (Madde 5).
9.3Telegram Botu.
Telegram'ın kullanımı Telegram'ın hizmet koşullarına tabidir. Resmi bot @MatchlyAppBot'tur; benzer adlı hesaplara itibar etme. Bot senden şifre, ödeme veya kişisel bilgi istemez.
Bağlama, Uygulama'daki kod veya botun verdiği bağlantı ile yapılır. Yalnızca kendi Telegram hesabını kendi Matchly Hesabına bağlayabilirsin. Bağlantı kodunu veya linkini kimseyle paylaşma; paylaşırsan o Telegram hesabından gönderilen kuponlar senin Hesabına eklenir ve sorumluluk sana aittir. Kodlar süreli ve tek kullanımlık olabilir.
Telegram'dan gönderdiğin kupon görselleri Otomatik Okuma'ya tabidir (Madde 6.9) ve Telegram altyapısından geçtiği için Telegram'ın politikalarına da tabidir.
Telegram üzerinden kupon ekleme aktif Abonelik gerektirebilir.
Bağlantıyı Uygulama'dan istediğin an kaldırabilirsin; kaldırdığında daha önce eklenmiş kuponlar silinmez. Kötüye kullanım halinde bağlantı Madde 7 uyarınca iptal edilebilir.
9.4Bağlı Botlar ("Botu Bağla").
Bir üçüncü taraf yazılıma, Uygulama'dan aldığın süreli ve tek kullanımlık bağlantı koduyla, Hesabına kupon kaydetme yetkisi verirsin.
Bu yazılımlar Matchly'nin ürünü değildir. Teknik entegrasyon; Matchly'nin o yazılımı, işleyişini veya yazılımın erişim sağladığı herhangi bir bahis hizmetini onayladığı, denetlediği ya da bunlardan sorumlu olduğu anlamına gelmez.
Yazılımın edinilmesi, lisansı, ücreti, kullanımı, hukuka uygunluğu, bahis hizmetlerinde yaptığı işlemler ve Matchly'ye gönderdiği verilerin doğruluğu tamamen senin ve ilgili üçüncü tarafın sorumluluğundadır.
Matchly yalnızca gönderilen kupon verisini kaydeder ve diğer kuponlar gibi takip eder; sonuçları Matchly belirler (Madde 2.8).
Bağlantıyı istediğin an kaldırabilirsin; daha önce kaydedilen kuponlar silinmez. Kötüye kullanım veya güvenlik riski halinde anahtarı iptal edebiliriz.
Bir üçüncü taraf iş birliği veya lisans kapsamında tanınan ücretsiz ya da indirimli erişim, iş birliğinin veya lisansın sona ermesiyle sona erer (Madde 5.9).
9.5Dış bağlantılar. Hizmet'te yer alan üçüncü taraf bağlantılarından ve içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz.
9.6App Store'dan indirilen Uygulama için ek hükümler. Uygulama'yı Apple App Store'dan edindiysen:
Bu Şartlar Apple ile değil, yalnızca seninle İşletme arasındadır; Uygulama'dan ve içeriğinden Apple değil İşletme sorumludur.
Uygulama'yı kullanma lisansın, sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin Apple markalı ürünlerde ve App Store Kullanım Şartları'ndaki Kullanım Kuralları'na uygun olarak kullanmakla sınırlıdır (Aile Paylaşımı ile erişen diğer hesaplar dahil).
Apple'ın Uygulama için bakım ve destek hizmeti sunma yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsin; Apple, varsa, Uygulama'nın satın alma bedelini sana iade edebilir. Mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın Uygulama'ya ilişkin başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulama'ya ilişkin ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uyumsuzluk veya tüketici mevzuatından doğan taleplerin muhatabı Apple değil İşletme'dir.
Uygulama'nın üçüncü kişilerin fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiasının incelenmesinden, savunulmasından ve sonuçlandırılmasından Apple değil İşletme sorumludur.
ABD hükümetinin ambargo uyguladığı veya "terörü destekleyen ülke" olarak nitelendirdiği bir ülkede bulunmadığını ve ABD hükümetinin yasaklı veya kısıtlı taraflar listelerinde yer almadığını beyan edersin.
Uygulama'yı kullanırken üçüncü taraf sözleşmelerine (ör. mobil veri hizmeti) uymalısın.
Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu Şartlar'ın lehtar üçüncü kişileridir; bu Şartlar'ı kabul ettiğinde Apple, bu Şartlar'ı lehtar üçüncü kişi sıfatıyla sana karşı uygulama hakkına sahip olur.
Geliştirici ve iletişim: Matchly — e-posta: destek@matchlyapp.com, uygulama içi Destek. Uygulama'ya ilişkin soru, şikâyet ve taleplerini bu kanallardan iletebilirsin (Madde 15).
9.7Google Play. Uygulama'yı Google Play'den edindiysen Google Play Hizmet Şartları da uygulanır; Google bu Şartlar'ın tarafı değildir.
10.1Haklarımız. Matchly adı, logosu, simgeleri, arayüz tasarımı, yazılımı (kaynak ve nesne kodu), algoritmaları, okuma ve sonuçlandırma motorları, modelleri, veritabanları, istatistik ve analiz çıktıları, metinleri, grafikleri ve animasyonları dahil Hizmet'in tüm unsurları İşletme'ye veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu, 6769 sayılı Sınai Mülkiyet Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuatla korunur.
10.2Kullanım lisansı. Bu Şartlar'a uyman koşuluyla sana, Uygulama'yı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin cihazlarda kullanman için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, alt lisans verilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilir. Bu lisans bir satış değildir; açıkça tanınmayan tüm haklar saklıdır.
10.3Yasaklar. Hizmet'i veya herhangi bir unsurunu kopyalayamaz, çoğaltamaz, dağıtamaz, satamaz, kiralayamaz, yeniden yayımlayamaz, başka bir sitede çerçeveleyemez; markalarımızı izinsiz kullanamaz ve Matchly ile bağlantılı olduğun izlenimini veremezsin.
10.4Üçüncü kişi hakları. Takım, lig ve oyuncu adları, logoları ve bahis sitelerinin adları ve logoları ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir; yalnızca tanımlayıcı amaçla gösterilir ve hak sahipleriyle bağlantı veya onay ifade etmez. Spor verileri sağlayıcılarının lisansına tabidir; bu verileri Hizmet dışında kullanamazsın.
10.5Geri bildirim. Öneri, fikir, hata bildirimi ve geri bildirimlerini, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, sana bedel ödemeksizin ve herhangi bir kısıtlama olmaksızın Hizmet'i geliştirmek dahil her amaçla kullanabiliriz.
10.6Hak ihlali bildirimi. Hizmet'teki bir içeriğin fikri mülkiyet hakkını ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsan; hak sahibi olduğunu gösteren bilgilerle, ilgili içeriğin yerini ve ihlal iddianı destek e-posta adresimize bildirebilirsin.
11.1Garanti verilmez. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Hizmet'in kesintisiz, hatasız, güvenli veya zararlı koddan arınmış olacağı, verilerin, skorların, Tahmini Veriler'in, Otomatik Okuma'nın, sonuçlandırmanın veya bildirimlerin doğru, eksiksiz ve güncel olacağı, Hizmet'in belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı veya beklentilerini karşılayacağı konusunda açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti vermeyiz. Tüketicilerin ayıplı hizmete ilişkin kanuni hakları saklıdır.
11.2Sorumlu olmadığımız haller. Mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde ve kast ile ağır kusur halleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla, aşağıdakilerden sorumlu değiliz:
bahis kayıpları, kaçırılan kazançlar ve bahis kararlarının sonuçları; Tahmini Veriler'e, analizlere, resmi hesap içeriklerine, diğer kullanıcıların paylaşımlarına veya bildirimlere dayanarak verdiğin kararlar dahil;
bildirimlerin gecikmesi veya ulaşmaması, yanlış, mükerrer veya sonradan düzeltilen bildirimler (ör. iptal edilen gol), canlı skorun gecikmesi;
okuma ve sonuçlandırma hataları, yanlış maç eşleşmesi, yanlış hesaplanmış kasa ve istatistikler;
verilerin kaybı, bozulması veya silinmesi; Hesabın kapatılması veya askıya alınması nedeniyle erişilemeyen veriler;
üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (Mağazalar, Telegram, Bağlı Botlar, veri ve YZ sağlayıcıları, bahis hizmetleri) eylemleri, kesintileri ve hataları;
diğer kullanıcıların İçerik'i ve davranışları;
Hesap bilgilerinin senin kusurunla üçüncü kişilerce kullanılması;
mücbir sebepler: doğal afet, salgın, savaş, terör, siber saldırı, grev, enerji veya iletişim kesintisi, mevzuat değişikliği, yetkili makam kararları, erişim engelleri, altyapı ve barındırma sağlayıcılarının arızaları;
dolaylı zararlar: kâr, gelir, fırsat, itibar veya veri kaybı ile sonuçsal zararlar.
11.3Azami sorumluluk. Mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Hizmet'ten veya bu Şartlar'dan doğan tüm taleplere ilişkin toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe konu olaydan önceki 12 ay içinde Hizmet için fiilen ödediğin Abonelik bedellerinin toplamıyla sınırlıdır.
11.4İstisnalar. 6098 sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu'nun 115. maddesi uyarınca kast veya ağır kusurdan doğan sorumluluk ile mevzuat gereği sınırlandırılamayan diğer sorumluluklar bu Madde'deki sınırlamaların dışındadır. Bir sınırlama mevzuata aykırı düşerse, izin verilen azami ölçüde uygulanır.
11.5Tazmin yükümlülüğün. Bu Şartlar'ı, mevzuatı veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmen, İçerik'in ya da Hizmet'i kullanman nedeniyle İşletme'ye, Yöneticilere veya hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza yöneltilen her türlü talep, dava, idari para cezası, zarar ve masraf (makul avukatlık ücretleri dahil) için, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, İşletme'yi tazmin etmeyi ve zarar görmemesini sağlamayı kabul edersin.
12.1Gizlilik Politikası. Kişisel verilerin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") ve Gizlilik Politikası uyarınca işlenir. Gizlilik Politikası bu Şartlar'ın ayrılmaz parçasıdır. KVKK kapsamında gereken aydınlatma ve, gerekiyorsa, açık rıza ayrıca sağlanır; bu Şartlar'ın kabulü açık rıza yerine geçmez.
12.2İzinler. Bildirim, fotoğraf ve kamera erişimi, uygulama izleme (ATT) gibi izinleri cihazının ayarlarından yönetebilirsin; bazı özellikler izin olmadan çalışmaz. Bildirim türlerini Ayarlar → Bildirimler'den yönetebilirsin.
12.3Bildirim ve iletiler. Hesap, güvenlik, Abonelik, sözleşme değişikliği ve Hizmet'in işleyişiyle ilgili bilgilendirmeler sana gönderilebilir. Kampanya ve tanıtım içerikli ticari elektronik iletiler, 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak, gereken onay alınarak gönderilir; onayını istediğin an geri alabilirsin.
12.4Hesap silme. Hesabını Uygulama'da Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yoluyla veya Hesap Silme sayfasında anlatılan yolla silebilirsin. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz ve Mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez (Madde 5.5).
12.5Silmeden sonra saklanabilecek veriler. Hesabın silindiğinde giriş hesabın, kullanıcı adın, profilin ve kimlik bilgilerin silinir; diğer veriler Gizlilik Politikası ve Hesap Silme sayfasındaki esaslara göre silinir ya da kimliğinden ayrılarak seninle yeniden ilişkilendirilmeyecek şekilde anonim olarak saklanır. Ayrıca, mevzuatın izin verdiği veya gerektirdiği ölçüde: (i) saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar (ör. ödeme kayıtları ve mevzuatın öngördüğü trafik / log kayıtları) öngörülen süre boyunca; (ii) bir uyuşmazlık, kötüye kullanım incelemesi veya yetkili makam talebi için gerekli kayıtlar ilgili süre boyunca; (iii) yasaklanan kişilerin yeniden kayıt olmasını önlemek için gereken asgari tanımlayıcılar (ör. e-posta adresinin geri çevrilemez özeti; Madde 7.2/g); (iv) yedeklerdeki kopyalar yedekleme döngüsü süresince saklanabilir; (v) kişiyle ilişkilendirilemeyecek şekilde anonimleştirilmiş veya toplulaştırılmış istatistikler süresiz kullanılabilir.
12.6Hakların. KVKK'nın 11. maddesinde sayılan haklarını kullanmak için destek e-posta adresimize başvurabilirsin.
12.7Güvenlik. Verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız; ancak internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir iletim veya saklama yönteminin tamamen güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez.
13.1Senin tarafından. Hizmet'i kullanmayı istediğin an bırakabilir ve Hesabını silebilirsin. Ücretli Aboneliğini ayrıca Mağaza'dan iptal etmelisin (Madde 5.5).
13.2Bizim tarafımızdan. Bu Şartlar'ı; ihlal, ihlal şüphesi veya risk halinde Madde 7 uyarınca derhal; ihlal olmaksızın Madde 7.9 uyarınca makul süreli bildirimle; Hizmet'in sona erdirilmesi halinde Madde 8.4 uyarınca feshedebiliriz.
13.3Feshin sonuçları. Fesihle birlikte kullanım lisansın sona erer; Hesabına, İçerik'ine, istatistiklerine ve Aboneliğe erişimin sona erer; İçerik'in silinebilir veya Madde 12.5 uyarınca anonim olarak saklanabilir. Ödenmiş bedeller Madde 5 ve 7'ye tabidir. Fikri mülkiyet, sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması, tazminat, uygulanacak hukuk, delil ve doğası gereği fesihten sonra da geçerli olması gereken diğer hükümler fesihten sonra da yürürlükte kalır.
14.1Güncelleme hakkı. Bu Şartlar'ı yeni özellikler, mevzuat ve Mağaza kuralları, güvenlik veya iş gereksinimleri nedeniyle zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz.
14.2Bildirim. Güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri ayrıca uygulama içi duyuru, bildirim ve/veya e-posta ile bildirmeye çalışırız.
14.3Yürürlük. Değişiklikler yayımlandıkları tarihte; önemli değişiklikler ise bildirimde belirtilen tarihte (mümkünse yayımdan en az 7 gün sonra) yürürlüğe girer. Mevzuat gereği veya güvenlik nedeniyle yapılan değişiklikler derhal yürürlüğe girebilir.
14.4Kullanmaya devam etmek kabul demektir. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmen güncel Şartlar'ı kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsan Hizmet'i kullanmayı bırakmalı, Hesabını silmeli ve Aboneliğini iptal etmelisin.
14.5Yeniden onay. Önemli değişikliklerde, Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam edebilmen için güncel Şartlar'ı açıkça onaylamanı isteyebiliriz; onaylamazsan Hizmet'e erişimin sınırlandırılabilir.
14.6Geçmiş satın alımlar. Fiyat değişiklikleri Madde 5.8'e tabidir. Değişiklikler, mevzuatın gerektirdiği ölçüde, tamamlanmış satın alımları geriye dönük olarak aleyhine değiştirmez.
15.2Sana bildirim. Sana yapılacak bildirimler Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresine e-posta, uygulama içi duyuru, anlık bildirim veya bu sayfada yayım yoluyla yapılabilir. E-posta adresini güncel tutmak senin sorumluluğundadır. Mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, e-posta ve uygulama içi bildirimler gönderildikleri anda yapılmış sayılır.
15.3Delil sözleşmesi. Bu Şartlar'dan doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda İşletme'nin sunucu, veritabanı ve log kayıtlarının, e-posta yazışmalarının, uygulama içi destek ve mesaj kayıtlarının, Mağaza kayıtlarının ve diğer elektronik kayıtlarının 6100 sayılı Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu'nun 193. maddesi uyarınca delil teşkil edeceğini kabul edersin. Bu kayıtların aksini ispat hakkın saklıdır.
16.1Uygulanacak hukuk. Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
16.2Yetkili mahkeme. Bu Şartlar'dan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
16.3Tüketicilerin hakları saklıdır. Tüketici sıfatıyla hareket eden Kullanıcılar bakımından, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, bu sınırları aşan uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir; mevzuatın öngördüğü hallerde arabuluculuk hükümleri uygulanır. Madde 16.2, tüketicinin kendi yerleşim yerinde başvuru ve dava açma hakkı dahil kanuni haklarını kısıtlamaz.
16.4Önce bize yaz. Bir sorun yaşarsan, resmi yollara başvurmadan önce destek kanalından bize ulaşmanı rica ederiz; sorunu iyi niyetle çözmeye çalışırız. Bu rica, kanuni haklarını kısıtlamaz.
17.1Bölünebilirlik. Bu Şartlar'ın herhangi bir hükmü geçersiz veya uygulanamaz sayılırsa, o hüküm izin verilen azami ölçüde uygulanır; diğer hükümler geçerliliğini korur.
17.2Feragat olmaması. Bir hakkımızı kullanmamamız veya geç kullanmamız, o haktan feragat ettiğimiz anlamına gelmez.
17.3Devir. Bu Şartlar'dan doğan hak ve yükümlülüklerini devredemezsin. İşletme; Hizmet'i veya bu Şartlar'dan doğan hak ve yükümlülüklerini, şirketleşme, birleşme, devralma veya varlık devri gibi durumlarda üçüncü bir kişiye devredebilir. Bu durumda bildirim yapılır ve kişisel verilerin aktarımı mevzuata uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
17.4Sözleşmenin bütünlüğü. Bu Şartlar, Madde 1.4'te sayılan belgelerle birlikte taraflar arasındaki anlaşmanın tamamıdır ve konuya ilişkin önceki metinlerin yerine geçer.
17.5Dil. Bu Şartlar Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak yayımlanmıştır. İki metin arasında çelişki olması halinde Türkçe metin esas alınır.
17.6Başlıklar ve özet. Başlıklar ve sayfanın başındaki "Kısaca" özeti yalnızca okuma kolaylığı içindir; yorumda bağlayıcı değildir.
17.7Bağımsız taraflar. Bu Şartlar taraflar arasında ortaklık, iş, temsil veya acentelik ilişkisi kurmaz.
17.8Üçüncü kişiler. Madde 9.6'daki Apple hükmü dışında, bu Şartlar üçüncü kişiler lehine hak doğurmaz.
17.9Yürürlük. Bu Şartlar, sayfanın başında belirtilen "Son güncelleme" tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.

Matchly does not assist, act as an intermediary for or encourage any illegal betting activity; it is solely a tracking tool that lets users follow the coupons they have placed themselves in one place. It runs no bets, has no deposits or withdrawals and has no connection with any betting site (Section 2.2).
Percentages, odds, analyses and automatic readings are estimates. They are not guarantees or advice; scores and results may be delayed or wrong. Your decisions and losses are your own.
You may not use Matchly if you are under 18. Complying with the betting laws where you are is your responsibility. We do not support illegal betting.
Subscriptions are bought and cancelled through the App Store / Google Play. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription; refund requests go to the store.
We may remove content that breaks the rules and mute, suspend or permanently close (ban) accounts without warning. To the extent permitted by law, no refunds are given for accounts closed for violations.
You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete Account.

1. Parties, Definitions and Acceptance
1.1Parties. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between Matchly, which provides the Matchly mobile application and related services (hereinafter "Matchly", the "Operator", "we" or "us"), and any person who uses the Service in any way (the "User", "you"). Our contact details are in Section 15.
1.2Definitions. In these Terms:
App means the "Matchly" application published for iOS, iPadOS, watchOS (Apple Watch) and Android, including its widget, lock screen / Live Activity and notification components;
Website means the matchlyapp.com domain and its sub-pages;
Service means the App, the Website, the Telegram Bot, server-side services, interfaces (APIs), notifications and all features and content provided through them;
User / you means any natural person who accesses or uses the Service, whether or not they have an account;
Account means a user account created with email and password, Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google;
Coupon means a record saved to the Service by the User, consisting of match selections, bet types, odds, stakes, site name and similar information, which the User states was placed with a third-party service or simply wishes to track;
Content / User Content means any data that the User enters, uploads, shares or sends to the Service, including coupons, coupon images and screenshots, comments, likes and reactions, Chat and support messages, username and profile information, duel invitations, reports, bug reports and feedback;
Social Features means Discover / feed, profiles, following, comments, likes / reactions, coupon sharing, Chat (the public chat room), Duel, Winner of the Day and any other features through which users interact;
Subscription / VIP means a monthly, yearly or other time-limited right of access to paid features of the Service, purchased through a Store or granted by an Administrator;
Store means the Apple App Store and Google Play and their payment and subscription systems;
Administrator / Admin means the Operator, the persons authorised by the Operator to manage and supervise the Service and moderate content, and the automated systems used for these purposes;
Telegram Bot means the bot operating on Telegram as @MatchlyAppBot, which lets a User link their Telegram account to their Matchly Account and add coupon images to it via Telegram;
Linked Bot means third-party software that the User authorises with a link code obtained through the App's "Link Bot" feature and that automatically saves coupons to the User's Account on the User's behalf;
Automatic Reading means reading the text in coupon images and converting it into a coupon using optical character recognition (OCR) running on the device or on the server, rule-based parsing and/or artificial intelligence (AI) models;
Estimated Data means all statistical, rule-based or model-based outputs shown in the Service, such as win percentages and probabilities, live probability, pre-match odds, match analyses and Coupon DNA;
Legislation means the laws, regulations and other rules in force in the Republic of Türkiye.
1.3Acceptance. By downloading the App, creating an Account, signing in, completing the consent step on the sign-up or sign-in screen, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service and delete your Account if you have one.
1.4Integral parts. The Privacy Policy, the Account Deletion page, feature-specific rules shown in the App (e.g. Chat rules, the Duel description, campaign and offer conditions, the Telegram and bot linking screens) and the information on Store purchase screens form an integral part of these Terms. If a feature-specific rule conflicts with these Terms, the specific rule applies to that feature; however, specific rules do not narrow the Administrator powers in Section 7.
1.5Capacity. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
1.6Consumer rights. The mandatory rights of Users who use the Service for non-commercial, non-professional purposes under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related Legislation are reserved. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as removing those rights; if a provision conflicts with mandatory Legislation, it applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2.1A coupon tracking tool. Matchly is a betting-slip (coupon) tracking and statistics tool that lets users record their own coupons, follow matches live, receive results and notifications, view their bankroll and statistics and, if they wish, share coupons with other users.
2.2Statement on illegal betting.
Matchly does not assist, act as an intermediary for or encourage any illegal betting activity; it is solely a tracking tool that lets users follow the coupons they have placed themselves in one place.
Accordingly:
No betting: Matchly does not organise betting or games of chance, does not accept bets, does not place coupons on users' behalf, and does not set or sell odds of its own.
No money transactions: Matchly has no deposits, withdrawals, balances, wallets, prizes or payouts. The only payment in the App is a Matchly Subscription purchased through a Store (Section 5).
No connection with any betting site: Matchly has no partnership, sponsorship, dealership, revenue-sharing (affiliate), advertising, referral or technical connection with any betting company, betting site, retailer or gambling operator. Matchly does not direct users to, or provide links to, any betting site, and does not act as an intermediary, broker or agent between users and betting services.
Site names are user data: Where the name or logo of a betting site appears in the App, it is merely part of coupon data that the user has entered or photographed themselves. Such display does not mean that the site is endorsed, promoted or recommended.
Advertising and referral strictly prohibited: Advertising illegal betting sites, their bonuses or codes, access addresses or contact channels, linking to them or directing users to them anywhere in the Service is strictly prohibited (see Sections 3.3 and 6.4). When detected, the content concerned is removed and the account is closed under Section 7.
Responsibility lies with the user: Where and under what conditions coupons were placed, and whether this is lawful, is the user's responsibility (Section 3.4).
2.3Source of coupon data. Coupons are added by the User manually, through Automatic Reading of a photo or screenshot, through batch photo upload, via the Telegram Bot or through a Linked Bot. Matchly does not connect to any betting account and does not retrieve data from betting sites; it does not verify whether a coupon was actually placed, its stake or its result on the site. The User is responsible for the accuracy of coupon data.
2.4Estimated Data is for information only. Win percentages, live probability, pre-match odds, match analyses, Coupon DNA, Winner of the Day and all similar outputs are general, informational estimates produced with statistical models, rules, third-party market data and/or artificial intelligence. They may be wrong, delayed, incomplete or inconsistent with each other. None of them is betting, investment, financial or other professional advice, nor a promise or guarantee that any outcome will occur, nor an encouragement to bet.
2.5Odds. Odds shown in the App are not odds offered by Matchly. They are either values entered by the User or informational market values obtained from third-party data providers, and may not match the current odds on any site.
2.6Official account content. Coupons, analyses or predictions shared by Matchly's official (badged) account are likewise for information and entertainment only; they are not advice and you are not expected to follow them.
2.7Score and match data. Match, fixture, score, goal, scorer, card, line-up, statistics and odds data come from third-party providers. Such data may be delayed, wrong or incomplete and may later be corrected by the provider (e.g. a goal credited to another player or team, a disallowed goal, a changed minute). Such corrections may retroactively change scores, notifications and coupon results shown in the Service.
2.8Automatic settlement. Coupon and selection (leg) results ("Won", "Lost", "Void / Refund" and similar) are determined by automated systems based on provider data and our interpretation of bet types. Betting sites' own rules (stoppage time, postponed or abandoned matches, non-participating players, special bet definitions, etc.) may differ. A result shown in Matchly does not replace the result at the betting service; that service's own records prevail. Not every bet type can be settled automatically; you may need to settle some coupons manually. Checking results is your responsibility.
2.9Automatic Reading errors. Reading coupon images may produce errors (wrong match or team, wrong bet type, missing or extra selections, wrong odds or stake). It is your responsibility to check a read coupon before saving it and to correct it where necessary.
2.10Notifications and live displays. Goal, disallowed-goal, full-time, coupon result, probability-change, reminder and similar notifications, as well as lock screen / Live Activity cards and Apple Watch displays, depend on your device, operating system, network connection, notification services and data providers. They may be delayed, may not arrive at all, may arrive out of order, may be duplicated or may later be corrected. You should not act on the basis of notifications.
2.11Bankroll and statistics. Bankroll, profit / loss, hit rate and similar statistics are calculated from data you enter and data determined by the system; they are not accounting, tax or official records.
2.12Purpose. The Service is intended for personal record-keeping, tracking and entertainment. Using the Service involves no obligation or encouragement to bet.
3.1Age limit of 18. Persons under 18 may not use the Service, create an Account or purchase a Subscription. We may close without notice any Account that we determine, or reasonably suspect, belongs to a person under 18. You are responsible for the consequences of any false statement about your age.
3.2Compliance with law is your responsibility. Betting and gambling are strictly regulated or prohibited in many countries. It is your responsibility to determine how the laws of your country, and, if you are in Türkiye, in particular Law No. 7258 on the Regulation of Betting and Games of Chance in Football and Other Sports Competitions and related Legislation, apply to you, and to comply with them.
3.3We do not support illegal betting. Matchly does not support, encourage or promote illegal betting. You may not use the Service to advertise unlicensed or illegal betting services, to recruit members or customers for them, to share their addresses, links, codes, bonuses or contact details, to facilitate money transfers, or to facilitate such activities in any other way (see Section 2.2).
3.4Legal status of your coupons. Where and under what conditions a coupon you track was placed, and whether this is lawful, is solely your responsibility. The fact that Matchly saves, reads, displays or settles a coupon does not mean that the coupon or the service where it was placed is lawful.
3.5Authorities. If unlawful activity is suspected, we may take the necessary measures under Section 7 and the Privacy Policy and respond to duly made requests from competent authorities.
3.6Responsible gambling. Betting can be addictive and can cause financial, emotional and social harm. Do not bet with money you cannot afford to lose, with borrowed money or to chase losses. In the App, under Settings → Responsible gambling, you can set a daily, weekly or monthly spending limit (a warning is shown when the limit is exceeded; saving a coupon is not blocked) and pause notifications for a while. These tools are aids only; they do not remove your responsibility for controlling your spending, and Matchly does not guarantee their effectiveness.
3.7Get help. If you are worried about yourself or someone close to you, seek professional help. In Türkiye, the Green Crescent Counselling Centre (Yeşilay Danışmanlık Merkezi, YEDAM) offers free counselling on 115. Outside Türkiye, contact the addiction support services in your country.
3.8Self-exclusion. If you want to stay away from the Service because of your betting habits, you can delete your Account or ask us through the support channel to close it.
4.1Creating an account. An Account can be created with email and password, Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Most features of the Service require an Account.
4.2Accurate information. You will ensure that the information you provide at sign-up and during use is accurate, up to date and your own. You may not open an Account with another person's email address, identity or details.
4.3One account. Each person may use only one Account. Opening more than one Account in order to abuse features such as free trials, campaigns, the discount wheel or offers, Duel or Winner of the Day, to evade a sanction or to mislead others is prohibited. Test and official accounts opened with the Administrator's permission are exempt.
4.4Account security. You are responsible for protecting your password and device. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. The security of your Apple or Google account is subject to that provider's terms. We may apply measures such as temporary locks, additional verification or signing you out in case of suspicious sign-in attempts.
4.5Username rules. A username must be 3–20 characters long and contain only lowercase letters, digits and underscores. The following usernames are prohibited:
names that impersonate, or could be confused with, another person, user, celebrity, organisation, Matchly, an Administrator or official accounts;
names that suggest authority or official status, such as "admin", "matchly", "support" ("destek") or "official" ("resmi");
names containing profanity, insults, obscenity, hate speech or violence;
names promoting a betting site, brand, product, phone number, web address, social media account or channel;
names that infringe third parties' trademark, trade name or name rights or are otherwise misleading.
4.6No rights in a username. The Administrator may, without notice, change, revoke or replace with a neutral name any username that breaks the rules or is the subject of a complaint, and may reserve certain names. No ownership or vested right arises in a username. When an Account is deleted, its username is released and may be taken by someone else.
4.7No transfer. Your Account is personal. You may not sell, rent, transfer or share it or let anyone else use it. A Subscription is tied to one Account and cannot be moved to another Account; a subscription on a Store account can be associated with only one Matchly Account.
5.1Paid service. All or part of the Service may require a paid Subscription. Which features are paid, whether any free use is offered and its scope are determined by the Operator and may change from time to time. A Subscription may be required in order to continue using the App.
5.2Plans. Subscriptions may be monthly, yearly or for other periods offered from time to time. Plans may differ in scope (e.g. the VIP badge and in-app live support chat may be available only on certain plans). The current plan, price, period and scope are shown on the purchase screen.
5.3Payment via the Store. In-app Subscriptions are sold only through the Store. Payment, billing, taxes, currency and payment methods are subject to the Store's terms. Matchly does not see or store your card or payment details.
5.4Auto-renewal. A Subscription renews automatically for the same period, and the fee is charged to your Store account, unless it is cancelled within the time set by the Store before the period ends (usually at least 24 hours before).
5.5Cancellation.Deleting the App or your Account does not cancel your Subscription. To cancel: on iPhone / iPad, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your access continues for the rest of that period. Subject to Legislation and Store rules, no partial refunds are given for partly used periods.
5.6Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid Subscription and the fee is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. A trial may be used once per Account and/or Store account; Store rules may impose further limits.
5.7Campaigns, offers and the discount wheel.
The discount wheel, time-limited offers, campaigns and gifted periods are subject to the conditions shown on the relevant screen.
Offers may be time-limited; once the period expires, the normal price applies. Offers can be used once per Account and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
The discount wheel is free; no payment is taken to spin it. It involves no cash or material prize and may only provide a discount on, or a gifted period of, a Matchly Subscription.
In cases of abuse such as multiple accounts, device or system manipulation or automation, campaign rights may be cancelled and Section 7 may be applied to the Account concerned.
We reserve the right to change, pause or end campaigns. Campaign terms do not apply retroactively to earlier purchases, and no price differences are refunded for earlier purchases.
A struck-through price shows the normal, non-promotional selling price of the plan concerned.
5.8Price changes. We may change prices. Price changes for existing Subscriptions are notified in accordance with Store rules and apply from the next renewal period (with your consent where the Store requires it).
5.9Access granted by the Administrator. The Administrator may, at its sole discretion, grant a User time-limited access free of charge or under a special written agreement made outside the Store (e.g. a gift, compensation, testing, a partnership, or access under a third-party software licence), and may extend, shorten or end such access. Such access:
creates no precedent or right for other Users;
does not renew automatically unless otherwise agreed in writing, and ends at the end of its period without notice;
ends automatically when the partnership, licence or condition it depends on ends;
gives rise to no refund or compensation in the event of measures under Section 7.
5.10Right of withdrawal. A Subscription is a service whose performance begins electronically and immediately upon your purchase confirmation. Under the exception to the right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, set out in Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you agree that performance begins upon purchase and that, to the extent permitted by Legislation, you have no right of withdrawal. Your mandatory statutory rights are reserved.
5.11Refunds. Refund requests for payments made through a Store are subject to the Store's procedures and are decided by the Store (for Apple, reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, the Google Play refund policy). In most cases Matchly cannot directly refund payments collected by a Store. Except where Legislation requires otherwise, partly used periods, unused features, dissatisfaction with the Service, Estimated Data not coming true, notification delays or betting losses are not grounds for a refund.
5.12Fees in case of sanctions. If your Account is restricted, suspended or closed under Section 7 because of a breach of these Terms, then, to the extent permitted by Legislation, fees already paid are not refunded and no compensation or set-off is given for the remaining period. In that case it is your responsibility to cancel auto-renewal in the Store; we may not be able to cancel the Store subscription on your behalf.
5.13Payment issues and restore. If the Store cannot collect payment (e.g. a declined card), your access to paid features may stop. When you move to a new device with the same Account, you can restore your Subscription with the "Restore purchase" option on the purchase screen.
5.14Fraud warning. Payments outside the Store are made only under special agreements concluded in writing with the Operator via the support email address. Do not trust anyone who asks for payment, codes or personal information in the name of Matchly or an Administrator via Chat, comments, Duel, Telegram or any other channel. We are not liable for losses arising from payments made in this way.
6.1You are responsible for your Content. You alone are responsible for all Content you enter, upload or share in the Service. You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to share the Content and that it does not violate Legislation, these Terms or third-party rights.
6.2Visibility. Depending on the feature and your settings, coupons you add may be shared publicly by default and may appear in Discover / feed and on your profile. You can make a coupon private, hide its stake or remove the share. You accept that public coupons, comments, Chat messages, your username and profile information can be seen, copied or screenshotted by other users. Even if you remove a share, we have no control over copies already made. Results of public coupons whose stake is not hidden may be shown or announced together with your username in features such as "Winner of the Day".
6.3Prohibited content. You may not share any of the following anywhere in the Service (including coupons, comments, Chat, profile, username, Duel, support, the Telegram Bot and coupon images):
insults, profanity, humiliation, mockery or attacks on personal rights;
hate speech, discrimination or incitement to violence based on race, ethnic origin, religion, sect, language, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, political opinion, the team someone supports or any other ground;
harassment, stalking, bullying, threats, blackmail or intimidation;
obscene, pornographic or sexual content; any content relating to the abuse of children (such content is reported to the competent authorities);
content encouraging violence, self-harm or suicide;
content praising or promoting crime, criminals or terrorist organisations;
sharing or disclosing other people's personal data without permission (name, phone number, address, national ID number, IBAN or account details, email, photos, location, etc.); to prevent fraud, sharing your own phone number or IBAN is also prohibited;
false, misleading or defamatory statements; acting as if speaking on behalf of an official body, Matchly, an Administrator or another user;
any other content that violates Legislation.
6.4Betting, commercial activity and fraud. The following are prohibited:
spam, flooding, repeated or chain messages, meaningless content;
any advertising, promotion, redirection, links, invitation or referral codes; promoting social media, Telegram or WhatsApp groups or channels;
promoting, or directing people to, any betting site, bonus, promo code, current access address, affiliate link or illegal betting service;
selling, marketing or promising paid tips, "coupon sales", "VIP coupon groups", "fixed" or "guaranteed" matches, "sure coupons" and the like; paid betting advice;
sharing fake, invented, edited or manipulated coupons, coupon images, results, winnings or statistics; creating an impression of success by adding coupons after a match has started or ended or by changing results manually; presenting someone else's coupon as your own;
fraud, phishing, fake giveaways or prizes, asking for loans or money, requests for money transfers, cryptocurrency or similar investment offers;
impersonating another person, user, celebrity, organisation, Matchly or an Administrator.
6.5Technical and system abuse. The following are prohibited:
using multiple Accounts to circumvent rules, evade sanctions or inflate likes, follows or statistics;
bots, scripts, automation, scraping or automated account creation; automated access to the Service other than through the Telegram Bot and the "Link Bot" integration; bulk downloading, copying, republishing or commercial use of Service data;
reverse engineering the App, attempting to access its source code, modifying it or creating derivative works (except where mandatory Legislation allows); unauthorised use of the interfaces (APIs); using modified or cracked versions of the App;
searching for or exploiting security vulnerabilities, gaining unauthorised access, attempting to access other Accounts, bypassing authentication, request forgery; uploading viruses or malicious code (if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to our support address without exploiting it);
overloading the Service, denial-of-service attacks, exceeding or circumventing rate limits;
abusing Automatic Reading and AI services: uploading non-coupon images, sending the same image in bulk or repeatedly, providing the reading service to others or using it for purposes unrelated to coupons;
abusing the payment and Subscription system: fake receipts or payment tricks, abusing Store refund processes (e.g. systematically obtaining refunds after using access), repeatedly using free trials or campaigns with multiple Accounts, sharing or selling a Subscription;
abusing the Telegram Bot: linking to someone else's Account, sharing or selling the link code or link, sending spam or harmful content to the bot, using the bot for non-coupon purposes;
flooding Chat, attempting to bypass slow mode and message limits, repeating the same message;
cheating in Duel: deleting or editing a coupon to influence the result, entering with a fake coupon, duelling between your own Accounts, harassing the opponent (Duel is free; there is no entry fee, prize or prize pool);
abusing the reporting system (false or mass reports);
harassing, threatening or misleading Administrators or the support team.
6.6Zero tolerance. If these rules are broken, the measures in Section 7 may be applied without prior warning and without having to be gradual. The fact that a violation went unsanctioned before does not mean that no measures will be taken for later violations.
6.7Reporting, blocking and automated moderation. You can report an inappropriate comment with "Report" ("Şikayet Et"), report a Chat message with the report option, and block or mute a user with "Block" or "Mute". You can manage blocked users under Settings → Blocked Users. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours at the latest and the action deemed necessary is taken; we are not obliged to inform you of the outcome. The Service uses automated filters (profanity, link, phone and IBAN filters, rate limits, etc.); content reported by several users may be hidden automatically. Automated filters may make mistakes; content passing a filter does not mean it complies with the rules.
6.8Licence to your Content. You retain ownership of your Content. By sharing Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, sub-licensable to the service providers that help us provide the Service, limited to operating, providing and improving the Service. This licence covers hosting, storing, reproducing, processing, formatting and displaying Content within the Service (including Discover / feed, profiles, Chat, Duel, Winner of the Day, notifications and share cards). In promoting the Service we use Content only as anonymised or aggregated statistics (e.g. "number of coupons added this week"); using you in promotion in an identifiable way, by name or username, requires your separate consent. The licence ends when you delete the Content or your Account. However, when you delete your Account, part of your Content (e.g. coupon summaries, text read from coupons, the content of support and Chat conversations) may, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, be separated from your identity and kept anonymously, and may continue to be used to measure service quality, produce aggregate statistics and improve Automatic Reading; the licence does not end with respect to these anonymous records. The effect of termination is also limited with respect to copies remaining in backups for a reasonable period, records retained under Legislation and copies already made by other users.
6.9Coupon images and Automatic Reading. Coupon images you upload and the text read from them may be stored for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy and may be reviewed by Administrators and by automated systems used for this purpose (including AI-assisted review tools) in order to create your coupon, detect reading errors, measure and improve the accuracy of Automatic Reading, review error reports and carry out security and abuse checks. Some readings are performed on your device; some images may be sent for reading to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. When you report a reading error with "Report", the image and comments you send are reviewed for the same purposes. Your coupon images are not used for advertising and are not sold. Before uploading an image, we recommend cropping or covering areas that contain personal information such as your name, balance or account number.
6.10No duty of prior review. We have no obligation to review Content before it is published. As a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications, we take the necessary action in accordance with Legislation when we become aware of unlawful content.
6.11Backups. Keeping a backup of your Content is your responsibility. You can export your coupon history via Settings → Export coupon history (on plans where the feature is offered).
7.1General power. In order to protect the security and order of the Service, the rights of other users, compliance with Legislation and its own legitimate interests, the Operator may, in the event of a breach or suspected breach of these Terms, a complaint, a request from a competent authority, a security risk or any situation adversely affecting the operation of the Service, apply one, several or all of the measures in Section 7.2, temporarily or permanently, at its own discretion, without prior notice and without being obliged to give reasons (to the extent permitted by Legislation).
7.2Measures. In particular, the Administrator may:
Content: remove, hide, limit the visibility of, remove from Discover / feed, label (e.g. "marked manually" or "not verified") or edit any Content (coupons, comments, Chat messages, coupon images, profile information, etc.), for example by masking parts containing personal data;
Username and profile: change, reset or reserve a username; remove profile information;
Feature restrictions: restrict or disable access to one or more features such as comments, likes, following, coupon sharing, Discover, Chat, Duel, support chat, the Telegram Bot, Linked Bots, Automatic Reading or notifications; limit the visibility of your Content to other users;
Muting: mute you in Chat or other Social Features for a set period or indefinitely;
Temporary suspension: suspend all or part of the Account for a definite or indefinite period;
Permanent closure (ban): permanently close and/or delete the Account;
Re-registration block: to prevent a banned person from opening a new Account, apply blocks based on email address, Apple or Google identity, device and notification identifiers, Store transaction or subscription identifiers, IP address and similar technical data; and close without notice any Accounts found to have been opened this way;
Subscription and access: suspend access to paid features; revoke access granted by an Administrator; cancel campaign, discount and offer rights;
Data correction: correct errors in coupon data (wrong match, duplicate records, reading errors, wrong odds); determine or change the result of a selection or coupon manually; remove fraudulent or erroneous records from statistics, Winner of the Day and Duel results;
Review and records: where abuse is suspected, review data relating to the Account (coupons, coupon images and read text, session and sign-in records, comment and Chat history, reports, device and subscription status information) in line with the Privacy Policy, and record and retain it as evidence;
Support and error reports: review support messages, error reports and attached images and use them to improve the Service;
Links: revoke a Telegram link or a Linked Bot key;
Authorities: notify competent judicial and administrative authorities where a crime is suspected or where Legislation requires, and share information and documents upon duly made requests;
Announcements and notifications: send in-app announcements, push notifications and emails to all or some users (Section 12.3 applies to commercial electronic messages);
take any other reasonable measures it considers appropriate to the nature of the violation.
7.3No mandatory warning system. The Administrator may give warnings or apply gradual sanctions, but is not bound to do so and may apply the most severe measure directly. Earlier warnings or measures applied to other users do not create a precedent.
7.4Discretion lies with the Operator. The Operator decides whether content or conduct breaches these Terms and which measure to apply. In doing so it may take into account the content and its context, complaints, past conduct, the effect on other users and the security of the Service.
7.5Notice and reasons. Notice of a measure, or reasons for it, need not be given. Reasons may in particular be withheld for security, fraud prevention, an ongoing review or to prevent repeated abuse.
7.6No new accounts. A person whose Account has been suspended or permanently closed may not, during the suspension or ban, open a new Account, use someone else's Account or use the Service through another person. Breaching this prohibition is in itself a serious violation, and Accounts found to do so are closed without notice.
7.7Appeals. You may appeal a measure within 30 days through the support chat (if you have access) or the support email address. Appeals are considered, but no commitment is made as to the time or outcome of the review, and the final decision rests with the Operator. This does not remove your statutory rights of application and action.
7.8No refunds. If a measure is applied because of a breach or suspected breach of these Terms, then, to the extent permitted by Legislation, Subscription fees already paid are not refunded, and no compensation or set-off may be claimed for the remaining period or for lost Content, statistics, badges, rankings or campaign rights (see Section 5.12).
7.9Termination without breach. Even in the absence of a breach, the Operator may stop providing the Service to a particular Account by giving reasonable prior notice. In that case, any active paid Subscription is dealt with in accordance with Legislation and Store rules. The notice period may not be observed in case of a security risk or legal necessity.
7.10Administrator identity. Administrator accounts are shown in the App with an "Admin" badge, and official accounts with a verification mark. Administrators never ask you for your password, verification codes, Telegram link codes or payments; do not trust anyone who does, and report them to us.
7.11Powers, not obligations. The powers in this Section give the Operator a right, not an obligation. We do not guarantee that we will detect every violation. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we cannot be held liable for applying or not applying a measure.
8.1Right to change. We may add, change or remove any feature, make it paid or free, and change its scope and limits (e.g. reading quotas, supported sports, leagues, bet types and sites, notification types). We may require you to install updates to continue using the Service and may stop supporting older versions.
8.2Interruptions. The Service may not be uninterrupted or error-free due to planned or unplanned maintenance, updates, server failures, third-party outages, internet and infrastructure problems, cyber attacks and force majeure. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
8.3Limited coverage. Supported sports, leagues, matches, bet types and coupon formats are limited; not all bet types can be read or settled automatically.
8.4Discontinuing the Service. We may discontinue the Service in whole or in part. Where possible, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice by in-app announcement and/or email. Legislation and Store rules apply to active Subscriptions.
8.5Data loss. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but we do not guarantee that there will be no data loss, corruption or incorrect synchronisation. Except where Legislation requires, we have no obligation to keep backups for you. You should export important data regularly. Your data may be deleted if the Service ends or your Account is closed.
8.6New and trial features. Features offered as "New", "Beta" or "Trial" carry additional risk of errors and may be changed or removed without notice.
8.7Device compatibility. The Service requires certain devices and operating system versions. Platform-specific features such as Apple Watch, Live Activities and widgets may not be available on every device.
9.1General. The Service relies on third-party services including: Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, notification infrastructure, Live Activities, Apple Watch), Google (Google Play, Sign in with Google, on-device text recognition), Supabase (database and authentication), server hosting providers, OneSignal (push notifications), sports data providers (e.g. API-Football), AI providers (e.g. Anthropic), Telegram (the Telegram Bot) and Meta (advertising performance measurement; use of the device advertising identifier is subject to the platform's tracking permission rules). Details are in the Privacy Policy. These services' own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, policy changes or discontinuation.
9.2Stores. Payment, billing, refunds and subscription management are subject to the Store's terms (Section 5).
9.3Telegram Bot.
Use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's terms of service. The official bot is @MatchlyAppBot; do not trust accounts with similar names. The bot never asks for your password, payments or personal information.
Linking is done with a code in the App or a link provided by the bot. You may only link your own Telegram account to your own Matchly Account. Do not share your link code or link with anyone; if you do, coupons sent from that Telegram account will be added to your Account and you will be responsible for them. Codes may be time-limited and single-use.
Coupon images you send via Telegram are subject to Automatic Reading (Section 6.9) and, since they pass through Telegram's infrastructure, also to Telegram's policies.
Adding coupons via Telegram may require an active Subscription.
You can remove the link from the App at any time; coupons already added are not deleted when you do. In case of abuse, the link may be revoked under Section 7.
9.4Linked Bots ("Link Bot").
Using a time-limited, single-use link code obtained from the App, you authorise third-party software to save coupons to your Account.
Such software is not a Matchly product. The technical integration does not mean that Matchly endorses, supervises or is responsible for that software, its operation or any betting service it accesses.
Obtaining the software, its licence, fees, use and lawfulness, the actions it performs on betting services and the accuracy of the data it sends to Matchly are entirely the responsibility of you and the third party concerned.
Matchly only records the coupon data sent and tracks it like any other coupon; results are determined by Matchly (Section 2.8).
You can remove the link at any time; previously saved coupons are not deleted. In case of abuse or a security risk, we may revoke the key.
Free or discounted access granted under a third-party partnership or licence ends when the partnership or licence ends (Section 5.9).
9.5External links. We are not responsible for third-party links and content in the Service.
9.6Additional terms for an App obtained from the Apple App Store. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:
These Terms are concluded between you and the Operator only, not with Apple; the Operator, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Your licence to use the App is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service (including other accounts accessing it through Family Sharing).
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance and support services for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any, to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
The Operator, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
The Operator, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party agreements (e.g. your mobile data service) when using the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms; upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Developer and contact: Matchly — email: destek@matchlyapp.com, in-app Support. You may direct questions, complaints and claims about the App to these channels (Section 15).
9.7Google Play. If you obtained the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply; Google is not a party to these Terms.
10.1Our rights. All elements of the Service, including the Matchly name, logo, icons, interface design, software (source and object code), algorithms, reading and settlement engines, models, databases, statistics and analysis outputs, texts, graphics and animations, belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and related Legislation.
10.2Licence to use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This licence is not a sale; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10.3Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, republish or frame on another site the Service or any part of it; use our trademarks without permission; or give the impression that you are affiliated with Matchly.
10.4Third-party rights. Team, league and player names and logos and the names and logos of betting sites belong to their respective owners; they are shown for identification purposes only and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. Sports data is subject to its providers' licences; you may not use such data outside the Service.
10.5Feedback. To the extent permitted by Legislation, we may use your suggestions, ideas, bug reports and feedback for any purpose, including improving the Service, without payment to you and without restriction.
10.6Infringement notices. If you believe content in the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, you may notify our support email address, including information showing that you are the rights holder, the location of the content and your claim.
11.1No warranty. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Legislation, we give no express or implied warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of malicious code; that data, scores, Estimated Data, Automatic Reading, settlement or notifications will be accurate, complete and up to date; or that the Service will be fit for a particular purpose or meet your expectations. Consumers' statutory rights regarding defective services are reserved.
11.2Matters for which we are not liable. To the extent permitted by Legislation, and except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for:
betting losses, missed winnings and the consequences of betting decisions, including decisions based on Estimated Data, analyses, official account content, other users' posts or notifications;
delayed or undelivered notifications, wrong, duplicate or later-corrected notifications (e.g. a disallowed goal), delayed live scores;
reading and settlement errors, wrong match matching, incorrectly calculated bankroll and statistics;
loss, corruption or deletion of data; data that becomes inaccessible because an Account is closed or suspended;
acts, outages and errors of third-party services (Stores, Telegram, Linked Bots, data and AI providers, betting services);
other users' Content and conduct;
use of your Account details by third parties due to your fault;
force majeure: natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, cyber attacks, strikes, power or communication outages, changes in Legislation, decisions of authorities, access blocks, failures of infrastructure and hosting providers;
indirect damages: loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, reputation or data, and consequential damages.
11.3Maximum liability. To the extent permitted by Legislation, our total liability for all claims arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the total Subscription fees you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4Exceptions. Under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, liability arising from intent or gross negligence, as well as other liability that cannot be limited under Legislation, is excluded from the limitations in this Section. If a limitation conflicts with Legislation, it applies to the maximum extent permitted.
11.5Your indemnity. To the extent permitted by Legislation, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator against all claims, lawsuits, administrative fines, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought against the Operator, Administrators or our service providers as a result of your breach of these Terms, Legislation or third-party rights, your Content or your use of the Service.
12.1Privacy Policy. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. Any information notice and, where required, explicit consent under KVKK are provided separately; acceptance of these Terms does not replace explicit consent.
12.2Permissions. You can manage permissions such as notifications, photo and camera access and app tracking (ATT) in your device settings; some features do not work without them. You can manage notification types under Settings → Notifications.
12.3Notices and messages. We may send you information about your account, security, Subscription, changes to the agreement and the operation of the Service. Commercial electronic messages with campaign or promotional content are sent in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related Legislation, with the required consent; you can withdraw your consent at any time.
12.4Account deletion. You can delete your Account in the App via Settings → Delete Account or as described on the Account Deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone and does not cancel a Store subscription (Section 5.5).
12.5Data that may be kept after deletion. When your Account is deleted, your sign-in account, username, profile and identity details are deleted; other data is deleted, or separated from your identity and kept anonymously so that it is never linked to you again, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Account Deletion page. In addition, to the extent permitted or required by Legislation: (i) records that must be retained (e.g. payment records and traffic / log records required by Legislation) may be kept for the prescribed period; (ii) records needed for a dispute, abuse review or request by an authority may be kept for the relevant period; (iii) the minimum identifiers needed to prevent banned persons from re-registering (e.g. an irreversible hash of the email address; Section 7.2(g)) may be kept; (iv) copies in backups may be kept for the backup cycle; and (v) anonymised or aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to a person may be used indefinitely.
12.6Your rights. To exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK, you can contact our support email address.
12.7Security. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13.1By you. You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time. You must also cancel any paid Subscription separately in the Store (Section 5.5).
13.2By us. We may terminate these Terms immediately under Section 7 in case of a breach, suspected breach or risk; with reasonable notice under Section 7.9 without a breach; and under Section 8.4 if the Service is discontinued.
13.3Effects of termination. Upon termination your licence to use ends; your access to your Account, Content, statistics and Subscription ends; and your Content may be deleted or kept anonymously under Section 12.5. Fees paid are subject to Sections 5 and 7. Provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, evidence and any others that by their nature should survive termination remain in force after termination.
14.1Right to update. We may update these Terms from time to time because of new features, Legislation and Store rules, security or business needs.
14.2Notice. The current text is published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes. We will also try to notify significant changes by in-app announcement, notification and/or email.
14.3Effective date. Changes take effect on the date they are published; significant changes take effect on the date stated in the notice (where possible, at least 7 days after publication). Changes made for legal or security reasons may take effect immediately.
14.4Continued use means acceptance. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Service, delete your Account and cancel your Subscription.
14.5Renewed consent. For significant changes, we may ask you to expressly accept the updated Terms in order to continue using the Service; if you do not, your access to the Service may be restricted.
14.6Past purchases. Price changes are subject to Section 5.8. To the extent required by Legislation, changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases to your detriment.
15.2Notices to you. Notices to you may be given by email to the address registered to your Account, by in-app announcement, by push notification or by publication on this page. Keeping your email address up to date is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by Legislation, email and in-app notices are deemed given when sent.
15.3Evidence agreement. You agree that, in disputes arising from these Terms, the Operator's server, database and log records, email correspondence, in-app support and message records, Store records and other electronic records constitute evidence under Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. Your right to prove otherwise is reserved.
16.1Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
16.2Jurisdiction. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
16.3Consumer rights reserved. For Users acting as consumers, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding those limits; mediation rules apply where Legislation provides. Section 16.2 does not restrict a consumer's statutory rights, including the right to apply and bring proceedings at their own place of residence.
16.4Talk to us first. If you have a problem, we ask that you contact us through the support channel before taking formal steps; we will try to resolve it in good faith. This request does not restrict your statutory rights.
17.1Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it applies to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in force.
17.2No waiver. Our failure or delay in exercising a right does not mean that we waive it.
17.3Assignment. You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms. The Operator may assign the Service or its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party in cases such as incorporation, merger, acquisition or transfer of assets. In that case notice will be given and any transfer of personal data will be carried out in accordance with Legislation.
17.4Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents listed in Section 1.4, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and replace earlier texts on the subject.
17.5Language. These Terms are published in Turkish and English. In case of conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
17.6Headings and summary. Headings and the "In short" summary at the top of the page are for ease of reading only and are not binding for interpretation.
17.7Independent parties. These Terms do not create any partnership, employment, representation or agency relationship between the parties.
17.8Third parties. Except for the Apple provision in Section 9.6, these Terms create no rights in favour of third parties.
17.9Entry into force. These Terms enter into force on the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page.
